DESCRIPTION
Orkins-Relus Engineering is a Subsidary Jointly Owned by SularenCo and Orkins Industries established as a means to carry out a Contract signed between Marlon Sularen and Kizar Orkins without giving Kizar Orkins too much influence over Sularen's Organization and to lessen the reliance , Sularen would have on Orkins Industries. Mainly operating via the Relus Drive Yards and 2 Additional Hidden Deep Core Shipyards , Orkins-Relus serves as the temporary Corporate Backbone of Sularen's Efforts to Militarize his Secretive Association and end it's reliance on Mega-corporations in order to transform the Sularen Association into a fully self-sustaining Organization.

RATIONALE
In the aftermath of his Dishonorable Discharge from the New Imperial Order , Marlon Sularen almost immediately lost access to the territory in which he intended to utilize for the further development and expansion of his Corporation. After a few months in exile , Sularen returned to the Deep Core orchestrating a Coup in Byss and seizing power to himself and almost immediately moving forth to expand his Military Forces. However when his attempts in doing so were halted he moved forth to circumvent the numerous Corporate Embargoes , that put a halt to his plans.

However unwilling to fully rely on other corporations , Sularen made a secret contract with an Executive by the name of Kizar Orkins who was glad to provide him with the ships he needed in order to temporarily boost his forces while awaiting for the Corporate Embargoes to die off. Thus Orkins-Relus Engineering was formed as a Subsidiary jointly owned by SularenCo and Orkins Industries to avoid Orkins Industries from gaining a huge deal of influence within his Secretive Organization and ensure that his Militarization Efforts would not encourage Kizar Orkins from doing exactly what Credius Nargath had done to Sularen approximately 2 years ago.
