- Appearance: Orlan is a hulking beast of a man with more muscles than brains standing at an inch higher than six foot and with a significantly denser human body when compared to most Human Men. The first thing most recognise when having a conversation with Orlan is the pair of conspicuous green cybernetic orbs sitting in his eye sockets where his natural eyes use to be, the sockets are flanked by distinct scar tissue that litters his once youthful and unmarred visage. His skin has been tanned by unprotected exposure to sunlight across a significant number of world and his charcoal black hair has been styled into his ubiquitous Mohawk. Orlan's stubble trails along his jaw on both sides meeting to a modest display upon his chin. With a pair of black sideburns growing down his cheeks and meeting the stubble growing along his anvil-like jaw.

- Personality: Trooper Verik has been noted as exhibiting harsh qualities amplified by his hard-headed approach to dealing with conflict both on and off the battlefield which acolytes and his superiors attribute to his unresolved and unchallenged feelings of self-loathing. These feelings have been accurately concluded as being the result of survivor's guilt from being unable to save his brothers during the Siege of Coruscant. Orlan has an intense murderous hatred for the Galactic Alliance and their Silver Order allies, he cannot be trusted to process prisoners from these organisations in accordance with protocol and ofen summararily executes them which is one of the reasons he has been repeatedly promoted and demoted. Orlan is loyal first and foremost to his immediate unit's chain of command, viewing the soldiers around him fondly albeit not openly. Usually chastising them in the hopes it'll help them become better soldiers, he's depressed and holds no hope that he will die naturally believing that there is a price to pay for his sins and worldly debts believing they can only be paid with his life. Orlan's belief in such manifests as bravery and boldness worthy of decoration yet ironically he still fears death and this has kept Orlan alive.

- Combat Function: Orlan is an elite infantry soldier who art is death and canvas; battlefield. Orlan is a trained advanced marksman and commando adept at ranged and close quarters fighting with virtually any small arm or weapon in the galaxy both of conventional and unconventional construction or employment. Orlan, however, cannot fly but he can operate most vehicles such as speeders and walkers with ease.
Orlan Verik is a veteran of the One Sith-Alliance War and fought on his homeworld of Coruscant during the siege and subsequent battle of that world where Orlan's three brothers all fell in battle for the Sith Empire's glory. Verik himself was captured and spent the remaining duration of the war in captivity before being promptly released after a war crimes tribunal failed to present sufficient evidence to charge the Sith Sergeant. Returning home to the lower levels of Coruscant he rejoined the Underworld Police as part of a tactical response unit. Trooper Verik is the Eldest of four children and the eldest of the three boys, raised by his father who was a mechanic and alcoholic, Orlan Verik's early life was characterised with abuse from his sole paternal figure who took to spice and alcohol to lament the credits lost to his chronic gambling habit. Orlan Verik joined the Coruscant Underworld Police at eighteen years of age, where he became an examplar of Non-Force sensitive power with his incredible athleticism and dedication to the Sith's cause shortly thereafter joining the old army proper.
It's around this time that his brothers joined him and together they fought in an attempt to reclaim their home from the Galactic Alliance. The war with the Alliance took the lives of all his brothers and left trooper Verik's face disfigured with scars, bitterly he returned to serving with the coruscant underworld police until recently where he quietly slipped away to join the Resurgent Sith Empire's Army. Trooper Verik has been noted as being quite harsh and hard-headed with his comrades which Acolytes and superior attribute to his unresolved feelings of Self-loathing for not being able to save his brothers and hatred for the Galactic Alliance and the Jedi. Orlan is loyal to the Emperor albeit not to a dogmatic degree or to the point where it would blind his ability to see reason.
