Description: The first bomber created by Tantorian Industries for the usage of the One Sith’s Navy. The OS-1 Class Bomber is a standard ship in the regards that it’s slower moving compared to other starfighters which makes it an ample target for faster moving ships, I.E: Interceptors and superiority fighters. This also makes it an easier target for point defense turrets.

A few advantages of utilizing a ship like this is the fact that it is mass produced, which means it is fairly cheap to make and can be fielded to a large extent. Another disadvantag that comes from using a ship such as this, is that it is not built to venture away from it’s hangar bay. Meant for quick bombing runs, quick strafing runs, and then returning to it’s hangar bay to restock before setting out again. This also means that it needs a constant fighter escort and screen when they are under threat. The use of interceptors would be an ideal defense whilst in the void of space.

Alrighty. Last thing I just caught just now. The description says this is a short range bomber designed to hit quickly against targets near the ship or hangar and then retreat to resupply. Why three days of consumables? I ask because consumables are both rations for the crew and fuel and such for the ship.
