The Resolute Class Star Destroyer is the largest capital ship designed to date by Obsidian Star Aerospace. It is intended to be standard workhorse heavy destroyer, which couples a heavy armament with a high level of defenses and durability which allows it to act as a ship of the line in large scale naval battles. While its armament and defenses give it an edge against lighter ships, its lack of maneuverability requires that it be properly supported with smaller ships while engaged in battle.
