Possible Animal Pieces To Alchemize:
Following are creatures native to Dathomir who have attributes that might be nice to preserve in armor or other artifacts.
- Kodashi Viper - Stealth/Hunter Aspect. Hooded long jerkin (sleeveless) which helps enable greater stealth, possibly imbue pockets with ability to add virulence to stored poisons inside them.
- Rancor / Terentatek - Imbued bone bracers (rancor for initiates, terentatek for Elders or such) which grant a large boost to the wearers strength, and are class 6-7 armor ("heavy" armor for us). Terentatek fangs can be preserved and used as knife blades, with an imbued spell to generate poison. See lightsaber in sig for ideas. Medium armor set of Terentatek Hide and Bone for 'Heavy' Troops.
- Rhoa Kwi - Use preserved/imbued glands set in rancor bone or terentatek ivoy coated with null resin. The gland can secret a poison. Might be particularly useful for spears, make it spray the poison when it gets within 'X' meters of anything living, or after the spear head contacts a solid surface. Alternately can just engineer a poison from just this, or a blend of several poisonous native creatures for a Dathomirian Assassin poison.
- Ssurian/Great Dragon - The idea here is to imbue the hide for a tougher, thick and more 'mass produced' garment for us to wear in direct combat. Their fangs can be made as a single-use armor piercing knife, spear or the like. With imbuement, they would probably pierce Class 7 or 8 (including restricted mats) but shatter after penetration was retrieved due to fragility. A one and done item.
- Whuffa Worm - Light armor material. Class 3-4. Once imbued, grants a moderate to strong boost to speed and agility of wearer.
- Sarlaac - Imbued tentacles function as very tough whips that can, with a particular motion, thought, or incantment double or triple in size when they and snapped/cracked. Extremely strong (minor lightsaber resistance?). Harvest the neurotoxin to add to Sssurian made daggers or spear-tips.
