Personality: Ostara is traditionally aggressive per her species. She is loyal to her Master while harboring unfriendly attitudes toward anyone else
Her mannerisms (the territorial aspect) are still dictated by her species general behavior, even though she was raised as a pup from the wilds. This heightens further when in the company of Satia; taking a Mother instinct with the Sith
Training: Ostara has been trained to understand hand gestures as commands. Satia trained Ostara to understand certain verbal commands through the Galactic Basic language.
Combat Function: When pressed into the service of combat, she attacks what her Master attacks unless commanded to engage a separate target. During combat, she quickly goes for the kill, not wasting time to let the prey to counter or flee
Ostara's strengths and weaknesses are in line with her species for the exception of Hunger Driven and Alpha Male Syndrome (not affected due to gender). This has been overridden by the training of Satia.
Historical Information
When The Genesis Institute was officially up and running, Satia and Dr. Tabitha Crowe were granted permission to contract out mercs with animal tracking and hunting skills to begin capturing the creatures for study. Serval species, from pups to adults, were delivered to The Genesis Institute.
Walking among the cages, Satia spotted a sick pup. The standing order was to eradicate any sick animals brought to the facility. The two predators eyes locked, and Satia ordered the pup to be removed from the killing list. Immediately she had the pup taken for a medical evaluation, and it was discovered the pup was suffering nothing more than indigestion.
As time moved on, the two formed a bond and Satia hired an animal trainer to assist her in training her companion. Now the pup, turned young adult, and Satia were never seen apart, except in the daylight.
