He has a solemn face, a hoarse voice due to excessive tobacco abuse as if he had phlegm stuck in his throat. He is bald like all Fondorians.

- Skills: A manager of exceeding skills thanked by his shrewd like calculating intellect. Admired for his administrating ways, were it not for his tendencies to abuse power and excessive greed, Osvald would be one of the most organized, well-admired, and competent officers of the Imperial Army. He has a way of being able to motivate those under his command to do his duties, be it by using brute force or persuasion, Osvald can impose his will over others and make sure they become "his" playthings.
- Personality: He is compulsive about his sartorial appearance, which argues with his avoidance and denial of his physical shortcomings. Osvald he makes up for his lack of stature with Machiavellian resourcefulness, sharp wits, and cruelty. He usually employs the man in his command to do his bidding, often using them to achieve his goals, much of his petty ideas for beliefs come from his greed and flawed principles about order and control.

- COMBAT FUNCTION: Osvald can be quite sleazy, if close enough of a target and given the proper opportunity, he will employ his vibroblades or his knife to perform sneak attacks, to either kill, maim or giving him the opportunity to escape. He enjoys using his gun of command to force others to do his bidding or escape situations without any need of fighting. If found in a situation he is forced to fight others, Osvald can use his blaster pistol with deadly accuracy. He is very cruel wielding his eletrobaton. He doesn't usually carry anything besides his gun of command/or his pistol, his baton, a knife on his boots, and a vibro-knuckler on his sleeve.
Strengths:
- A COMMANDER OF THE BLUNT: He ain't the best commander in the galaxy, but he always knows how to get the job done. He is a sneak creature that knows how to use his voice of command and authority to boss his soldiers around to get the job done.
- MACHIAVELLIAN CRIME BOSS: A frightening creature, he will do anything to achieve his goals or to fulfill his orders, things such as bending and breaking rules, cheating, and stealing. He cares not for what is terrible or immoral. In the pursuit of his goals, he will even go so far as to hurt and manipulate others if he thinks it would be beneficial.
- LOYAL TO HIS OWN GREED: Osvald ain't loyal to the New Imperial Order, in fact, he despises them. By that hatred alone, the Pegauani became one of the most succeful conections for Lunafreya to use in her own criminal enterprises on the New Imperial Space under her control. By using Osvald she has been able to promote slavery, fund drug trafficking, smuggling, gun running and worse.
Weaknesses:
- Physically limited: He has physical limitations and cannot fight in a prolonged match.
- Too Arrogant for his Size: He trusts too much on himself and believes he is the best navy officer in the galaxy, when in fact he is not.
- A real craven: He will always run if he finds himself in a battle he cannot win. He will start to loose his confidence and will reveal a more fragile version of himself, afraid of dying.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Born in Fondor as the heir of the Krayson family. As an upper-caste Fondorian, he was regarded as extremely intelligent as a child, and much like his kind, he believed himself to be smarter than any other species in the galaxy. Due to the invasion of Fondor and the fall of the Republic, his family lost most of their holding and influence over Fondor, forcing them to exile and fleeing their planet, Osvald and his family fled to what would become First Order territory. Due to the politics in that government, his family was forbidden about going on with their business, losing their wealth over time, his father committed suicide and his mother died in an accident, Osvad swore revenge and promised to retrieve every penny back, he used his mind and forced himself to find his own ways of succeeding in the galaxy, he joined the academy of the First Order and graduated as one of the top ten in his class, but unfortunately, racism against what he was made him resort to other means. Osvald used his connections with the military to coerce, deceive and extort their way through the ranks of the army.
He soon began a criminal career, for each planet invaded, he and those under his command looted, plundered, and stole. His corruption infiltrated the heart of the First Order, where he soon became a target for investigation and it was during his last year that Osvald was arrested by the forces he had sworn to serve.
Spending two years in jail, Osvald soon corrupted every guard inside his cell to gain more freedom and privileges. It was only when his prison was annexed to the territory of the New Imperial Order that everything changed, the guards were changed and Osvald saw himself again as an ordinary prisoner.
Until Princess Lunafreya found him, looking for officers of questionable morality to join his enterprise, she offered him the opportunity to earn his fortune as long as he kept the crime at bay at her sector and her soldiers prepared.
He accepted.
Being promoted as Major-General of her forces on JanFathal to serve as her shield and sword, the knife in the darkness to crush her enemies. He was nicknamed the Pegauani by Princess Lunafreya herself, and although he might have thought that was a jest, she did it out of spite, a cruel thing probably to due with his height and weight, he proudly uses his 'nickname' around him and believes that the description is very fitting for his form. Although he might seem happy or content with his current situation, Osvald still desired more.
After Bastion's Invasion, Osvald was one of the few that were brought to the secret little meeting that was called for by Lunafreya Solidor in her private chamber on the Spiral Castle on JanFathal where she revealed the events that occured on Bastion and her actions, with also an extensive bunch of details for her future planning regarding her own organization and desires. As she expected, Krayson was the first officer to actually join her affairs and become the most reliable asset in her criminal affairs on imperial space, for Krayson had little love for the imperials and their own stupidity and the idea of making himself richer was all he needed for finding a new unwavering loyalty for his new mistress.
