Our Purpose

I created this faction to add a little flare in the way of controlled chaos to that which was already present. To push conflicts that both reinforce faction growth inside and out by way of healthy, controlled conflict. That being said, that is only the foundation and there is room to grow and adapt.

Ideally this faction will reach out to fellow factions and offer opposition in dominions, inclusions in invasions should the request be made or a little spice in a faction or non-faction thread to help with growth of both the Horde of Phobis and the faction involved.
