Out-Sourcing

Location: Alderaan

Galven had need of some resources, and he thought it would be a beneficial agreement if he could make small business with someone that could prove useful, even offering office locations for each other. He had arrived at the Blith Tech headquarters, entering the front desk entrance. He was dressed as he usually was, prepared for the meeting that the owner of Blith tech and he had discussed over the Holonet, getting the final details done.

He apparoached the Receptionist, "Greetings, I am Galven Solomon, I'm here for a meeting with the owner of Blith Tech."

The receptionist upon hearing that quickly checked her books, and saw the meeting marked down under that day.

"Why yes, here is your id badge, he should be in building 2 room 105, have a nice day Mr. Solomon." she said handing Galven an id card.

The Administrative buildings of blith-tech were designed with multiple buildings, all designed by some of the best architects in the galaxy. The campus was open, with lots of plants with a very open feeling. In the center of the complex there was a fountain, though there was nothing special about it, the fountain added to the aesthetic of the complex as a whole. There were large swaths of grass with scattered trees around them. Nicademus had specifically requested this aesthetic, he quite liked how it turned out. Nicademus himself was waiting in that room for Galven to arrive, he hoped this would go well.

Galven nodded and accepted the ID card, smiling at the receptionist. "Thank, you, have a good day." he gestured, waving as he turned to exit the building. He followed the signs to look for the building, then following the signs within to the room where the owner was supposed to be. As he arrived at the door, he gave a knock whether it was opened or closed. As he awaited for a response, he decided to straighten up his suit and tie; he was always about professionalism and showing others respect. He wasn't nervous, but he felt it was just right to be proper for an in-person meeting, he always did prefer those as well.

Nicademus heard the knock on the door, it was open, it made it seem as if the deal was more open.

"Hello Mr. Solomon. Nice to meet you. Now shall we get to buisness?" He said.

Nicademus sat down at the table and he pulled out his notes from their holonet conversation in order to better make this contract.

Galven smiled and nodded, entering the room. "Sure, sure. We discussed resource sharing from the locations we get. Join our pools together, it might even increase the speed of our resource production. But I had another idea. What would you think about Setting up offices within each others Headquarters? It would make contact easier, and my officers could make personal requests and purchases." He said while sitting down at the table.

Nicademus and Galven had talked earlier, and had discussed vague details, but this would be more solid.

"Why that sounds like a good idea, i will send someone to go talk that out with your team at your headquarters. Now we need to write up this contract.
So we are doing the resource sharing, having our resources combined will make it easier to expand later on, for both of us."

Nicademus got out a piece of paper and a pen, with a standard contract paper so they could start writing this out. This was by no means a formal agreement, but it was nice to have it on paper.

Galven smiled at the pen and paper, "Yes, that is exactly the idea. But I prefer a digital signature, if it is all the same to you. I mean, even though there is no permanent law of the galaxy, it's the thought that counts. What I mean is, even if the agreement is lost, I see no loss or disadvantage of this, as long as you keep your word. And with the possibilities of more contracts," he continued, pulling out a datapad to sign it, "I'm sure you don't want to break it. And I don't want to break contract with you, since I need a better source of materials, and someone I can look to for better technology." He said, sliding the datapad over after he signed it, reaching out his hand. "But I find a handshake to be much more proper in such times." Still expecting a signature though, he stood respectfully and extended his hand.

Nicademus shook the man's hand, the agreement was made, this will help out Blith-tech and GOMM industrial, it would help them grow significantly.

"I think that will work fine. Pleasure doing business Mr.Solomon." He said

This will help both companies out. Sharing resources is always a good thing, and this will probably expand to more contracts. Nicademus knew that he also ran GOMM, a military group, this would be perfect for Nicademus' company, though he would not look to far into the future, that would be foolish.

The small offices for eachother could be a great growth, not only will this be a company to company contract, but a company to faction contract.

"No, thank you, mister Blith. This will greatly help me with my current plans, and possible future plans. It was nice meeting you." He said, taking a soft bow and nod, turning to leave.

Nicademus stood up and looked outside the window. This would be the start of a new era for his company. He would now be able to do more than he ever would have been able to do before. He did not know what the future held, maybe more contracts, subsidiaries, anything could happen. All Nicademus knew was that his company would grow, he would be able to do more than ever before. On that thought Nicademus grabbed the bottle of Corellian whiskey he always kept under the conference table, poured himself a glass, and drank it down.
