OUTBOUND FLIGHT
Outbound Flight is a civil agency dedicated to peaceful exploration of the Unknown Regions and fostering renewed cultural relations abroad. It's ongoing mandate is to construct additional space infrastructure beyond Ilum as well as launch probes or manned expeditions in search of unclaimed resources. While GADF personnel have been allocated to defend Outbound Flight facilities or provide escort details, the agency's primary directives are scientific research and understanding.
Mission Control back on Outlander Station functions as a deep space listening post from which all flights are coordinated. Personnel are divided between mission specialists or researchers and active flight crew. Volunteers from all over Alliance territory and even beyond are screened as candidates due to the unique rigors of deep space isolation.

THE SKYWALKER MISSIONS
A series of manned expeditions into uncharted space. Flight crew aboard Outbound Flight survey ships contract with the Force gifted Navigator's Guild to guide them jump by jump around the Unknown Regions' unique hazards.

HYPERGATE OPERATIONS
During the Second Galactic Hyperspace War an ancient Gree hypergate was recovered from the Old City on Tython. Xenotech experts are studying the artifact's functions so that Outbound Flight can explore the alien gate network and discover strange new worlds.
Yet more powerful interests envy the gate for its potential. Infiltrating the program, SIA agents seek to wage a shadow war against Maw and Imperial systems with functioning hypergates.
