The Parliamentary Council is the head of the sector of Government across the "Outer-Heaven" Space Station, and are in charge of every functioning purpose, system and routine concerned with the Space Station's on-going conditions. It's the duty of the Parliamentary Council to oversee the state of their citizenship, and ensure that all aboard the roaming Station are given their day-to-day needs, as well as setting the legal precedents, maintaining law and order for everyone's safety and well-being.
STATION GOVERNOR,

Description:
Lyndon Ross is a man who prides himself on the ideals of equal rights and social welfare, bringing integrity to the head of the Government Sector ensuring that all can be done for the benefit of the Citizenship of “Outer-Heaven”.
Formerly affiliated with Coruscant First, Lyndon Ross worked as a Social Rights Advocate within the Senate, advising those who would listen in how the people would most benefit from a democratic leadership and what was required of the State to improve living conditions there, whilst seeking to reduce crime and poverty rates in the lower sectors.
During the rise of the Core Imperial Confederation however, Lyndon was seen as a sympathizer for the previous government, and a threat to Imperial dictatorship, subsequently being “encouraged” to leave Coruscant.
COUNCIL ADVISOR:

Description:
Bekk Mag’ra is the connection between the Government Sector of “Outer-Heaven” and one of their two benefactors, House Arenais. A former Jedi Knight having worked within the Jedi Academy Network, Bekk has been a long time associate of Veiere Arenais, and it was his suggestion that led to the promotion and leadership of the Station’s Governor, Lyndon Ross.
Having resigned from his former Jedi lifestyle, Bekk now enjoys a more consistent livelihood aboard the “Outer-Heaven”, helping to provide a safe and neutral sanctuary for those who seek security away from the political theatre that is their Galaxy.
HEAD OF SECURITY,
COUNCIL ADVISOR:
Age: 36 Galactic Standard Years.
Species: Mandalorian/Human.
Role: Government Council, Head of Security.
Description:
Rulakh Kal're-Maj is a former Mandalorian estranged from his Clan and people. A former member of the Thryrsian Armed Forces, Rulakh later moved on to become a Mercenary and associate of Mandalorian Empire for a number of years.
Despite his hope that he would find some greater connection to the culture, to find a people that he could call upon as his own, Rulakh eventually fell away from the Empire and receded back into the greater Galaxy in search of his own way.
It was some few years later that he met a man called Lyndon Ross, whom offered him a job as a temporary bodyguard and personal advisor, explaining his need to leave Coruscant. Rulakh took the job, thinking it would be like any temporary fix, only to find himself today being the head of security for a far greater venture than he could have anticipated.

Description:
Kyushu Tsukasa is what you might call a former criminal underworld boss, disgraced for a particularly horrendous act for which he claims to have been framed. For much of his life, he had resided upon Coruscant and given rise to an Atrisian Criminal Organization called the Tsukasa Gokudō. Whether or not the rumors surrounding his past are true or otherwise, he projects a reputation and image that seems to contradict that of Lyndon Ross’ own, which is why the Governor appreciates his advice, as well as the further contacts and finance that Kyu can produce for the Station’s benefit.
What reasons for Kyushu’s continued time and dedication to the “Outer-Heaven” Space Station, can be put down to the considerable amount of credits he is paid for his position, as well as a life lived in luxury now that he has left the criminal underworld, and taken on a more refined path for himself. Kyushu remains a man with ambitions, however now has a means of making them happen without resorting to illicit activities and illegal gains to find some sense of fulfillment in his time.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE:

Species: Artificial Intelligence (Sub-Account, Faction Owner).
Role: To Monitor, Assess and Assist the Government Sector in the running of “Outer-Heaven” Space Station.
Description:
“Outer-Heaven” Control is a vast programmed intelligence that oversees the entire network of systems, functions and the Space-Stations overall operations, connecting the Government Council to every inch of access across its massive infrastructure.
The A.I interface and system was programmed by Kyushu Tsukasa whom then gave full control over to Lyndon Ross. It was later decided that the Council as a whole would work as a democratic circle where the programs major decisions would affect or change the nature of the Space-Station, meaning that any decision or action taken would be done upon majority vote and the Artificial Intelligence be programmed in such a way that there was no risk of working outside of the Councils perception and vision for the people living aboard the roaming goliath.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION:
Outer-Heaven's Parliamentary Council was assigned and brought together before the planning for the Space-Station had been fulfilled. Each of the four Councilors were involved in the designing and construction of the vast facility, with Kyushu Tsukasa being the only member of the four to actively contribute towards the Space-Stations technology with the add creation of Outer-Heaven Control, the Artificial Intelligence Initiative designed to make up for the Council's small number, and further enable them to retain control of such a massive and mobile station like "Outer-Heaven".
Following the Space-Station's completion, each of the Councilmen set to work in recruiting and advertising for the Station's required crew manifest and hopeful economy, gradually drawing in the attention of millions alongside the financial backing of House Arenaishttp://starwarsrp.net/forum/4171-house-arenais/ and Locke & Key Mechanics. Rulakh Kal're Maj was able to bring together a size-able security and policing force, which would gradually continue to build in number and strength as time moved on and the Space Station's promise began to show, and spread through word of mouth.
Over the first year of Operation, Lyndon Ross and his fellow Councilmen would find themselves standing upon a working Government structure with personnel working under them for the Station's optimal standards and condition. Together, they vision of a nation built upon neutrality and high moral standing, able to traverse the Galaxy forever on the move and remaining out of reach from Galaxy war and political corruption, had become a reality.
