Alejandro found it was easier on paper and less suspicious if his rag tag band of illicit highway men had an actual front to throw off patrols and other unwanted attention, it also helped with payroll. Enter the genius idea to make a staffing and labor company of general labor to make good on the miscellaneous nature and purposefully vauge description of the title.
RATIONALE
It was surprisingly easy enough with bankroll and cash, barely an inconvenience. With the wild and sometimes outright criminal nature of business in the outer rim any loco with enough cash can make himself a company for general purposes.
The loopholes in a baerly hospitable planet like Hoth even with its legacy of Jedi occupation created a laughably easy process and basic to understand process even for a Pirate.
