DESCRIPTION
When the Spacer's League took up primary residence on Toshara, Outer Rim Outfitters was not far behind. Every smuggler, spacer, navigator, and bounty hunter could use a convenient one-stop-shop for their personal needs when visiting the capital.

Outer Rim Outfitters does exactly what it says — outfits Outer Rimmers. The highest quality wears for smugglers and spacers needing a little extra protection. Personal gear to get you out of tight situations. And if that fails, weapons to blast your way out. Conveniently located near the Spacer’s League spaceport.

All members of the Spacer’s League have full permissions to closed market items.

RATIONALE
Smuggling and bounty hunting are dangerous professions. Selling armored clothing, gear, and weapons to colleagues is definitively not. So when the Spacer’s League decided on the isolated Outer Rim moon of Toshara as its capital, Pal Veda saw a risk-free opportunity to diversify his portfolio and supply his colleagues at the same time. He used his connections built through years of ”logistical problem solving” to secure favorable contracts for common, mass-produced materials. And those same connections offer him access to rarer materials for a few more credits.

Pal Veda is a busy man, so he leaves the operations to trusted associates. He is essentially a silent partner, funding the operation and collecting a cut without having to spend too much time thinking about it. He is consulted on certain products and designs, and he‘s not afraid to serve as a guinea pig for some of the prototypes. At the end of the day, it’s a few extra credits and better equipment for him, and easy access to that same equipment for his colleagues at the Spacer’s League.
