PERMISSIONS:
Outer Rim Outfitters is a new and relatively small company. All members of the Spacer’s League have full access to any items marked closed market and mass or minor production. All independents — as in, not belonging to a major faction — have the same access. Otherwise, permissions will typically be granted upon request as long as you’re not currently adverse to the Spacer’s League. If you are adverse, well, Pal Veda is always interested in making a deal.
