ORSC is a long-lived starship manufacturing company with origins stretching back to the Clone Wars. Unlike many competitors in the Outer Rim, ORSC is an environmentally conscious organization that prides itself on providing quality products without depleting planetary resources or drastically altering the environment. Many of ORSC’s facilities are located aboard space stations or on terrestrial moons. The company accepts public and private contracts, but the majority of its projects come in the form of government contracts by way of the Outer Rim Development Corps.

ORSC is one of several signatories under the umbrella of the Outer Rim Development Corps, an auxiliary organization of the League of Autonomous Worlds in the Sanrafsix Corridor. The bulk of its operations are conducted in League space where ORSC enjoys competitive rates and exclusive contracts in exchange for consistent, reliable service in the Outer Rim Territories.
