Strengths, Weaknesses, and Languages
Strengths:
(+) High Education
Life on Dagata IV calls for excellence from all citizens. Ovekpo's childhood left no room for milling around. Ovekpo's education consisted of 3 separate aspects; politics & society, warfare & athletics, and the visual and performing arts. It is expected that all Dagatan students excel in all three courses of study. These have left Ovekpo with many positive attributes, including fluency in several spoken languages, advanced dueling/fighting abilities, and being respected as a terrific musician.
(+) No Laziness or Cowardice
With the grueling lifestyle of Dagata IV, Ovekpo's mentality has been fixed on that of diligent working, as well as bravery and acceptance from society. This mentality leaves little to no room for laziness or cowardice in Ovekpo, who is always willing to have something done.
(+) Ace Pilot
Although he excelled in all of his classes,(save architecture) Ovekpo was most profound with his piloting skill. He was considered the best of his class and went onto the University of Dagata with a degree in Aviation. He spent many hours perfecting this craft and is a valuable asset to the Dagatan Military Corps.
Neutrals:
(=) Deep Spiritual Connection
Life on Dagata calls for a rigid and uptight society, however, when given private time, many Dagatans are connecting with themselves and their families spiritually. This even more so for Ovekpo, as a Mirialan, who's culture already calls for a deep spiritual connection to the Force. The Force, however, something that Ovekpo was gifted with, was pushed down by his father and mother, who brought Ovekpo up with the thought that the Force should not be made public, and that Ovekpo must keep it to himself, privately.
(=) Very Few Mirialians
Ovekpo was one of the only ones of his kind on Dagata IV. It was estimated in the previous census that only around 3000 Mirialian live on Dagata IV. This takes a toll on Ovekpo as he has very few others to share his species' culture with.
Weaknesses:
(-)Very Little Time to Relax
As many other Dagatan's must go through, the ability to sit and relax usually only comes in the form of sleep. This takes a toll on many Dagatan's, including Ovekpo, who even if he is relaxed, feels like he must be doing something.
(-) Almost Deaf in Left Ear
At the age of 15, Ovekpo was having a routine duel with another classmate. The classmate, a known trickster, had previously planted bombs that made booming cracking sounds across the dueling field. The explosion of one of these bombs had left Ovekpo nearly deaf in his left ear, and Ovekpo is still learning how to overcome this.
Languages:
Fluent: Galactic Basic, High Galactic, Mirialan, Dagatan Creole, Binary
Able to hold a Conversation: Mando'a
Minimal Language Known: Huttese

Biography
Ovekpo was born the middle child of two high-class parents. His father was a (formally) highly esteemed admiral in the Galactic Alliance, and his mother was a politician in the Dagatan Parliament. To understand where Ovekpo comes from, we must first know small details about his parents. His father, a Mirialian, was born during the final waning days of the golden age of the Galactic Alliance. His father was a star student in the Naval Academy and quickly rose to the ranks of Admiral, serving even through the worst of days for the Galatic Alliance. It was on a small vacation trip that the esteemed admiral went to the moon Dagata IV, where he met the Mirialian who is now Ovekpo's mother. Ovekpo's mother had been working her entire life towards a life of promise and had recently won a seat in the Dagatan Parliament just months before meeting the Admiral. The two quickly fell in love and the Admiral quit his duty to serve the people of Dagata in their militia, though they were wary of him at first. Ovekpo's early life was not one of fun and games, as he grew up in a rigid and strict environment to be the best not only in school, but also at home, where he constantly was challenged on the approval of his parents from his older and younger sisters. His childhood was not much to note. He lived in District 2 of Harastown, his parents were considerably wealthy, and he was diligent and straight to the point with his work and actions. During his minimal free time, he would like to visit District 3, or "The Park" and partake in viewing many different theatrical and other visual arts with his family. He also fell in love with piloting and racing, which had gotten him into trouble with his family on multiple occasions. Ovekpo dueled constantly, and although force-sensitive, he learned to fight and survive without the use of his connection to the Force. At the age of 15, he was rightly accepted into the University of Dagata and pursued a degree in Aviation as well as a lower degree in Politics. He graduated with high marks and was a prime example of a Dagatan citizen. He recently joined the Dagatan Militia Corps as a reserve pilot and in now pondering on a lifestyle of military or politics. With this in mind, Ovekpo also has something else clouding his mind: the Force. He dreads the thought of him pushing something so important to his people and culture away and wants to learn how to use it properly if there was only a teacher...
