Owen was born on coruscant into a large military family. having records of family members that served all the way through to the Mandalorian wars if not further. so it was only natural when he came of age that he joined the starfighter corps of the Galactic alliance. where he served for ten long years eventually reaching the rank of Captian of his own ship. but during a battle Owen made a choice despite orders from his superior that cost him his ship and nearly everyone onboard. he was later dishonorably discharged, and he spent the next six years doing mercenary work until he met with Laphisto on Kashyyyk. he responded to a holo ad for an old ship in need of crew and was quickly assigned as the ships third officer. he followed laphisto and the crew of the Agenda all the way to Serroco where they managed to get ahold of three ancient hammerhead cruisers. and with work still to do Laphisto gave him command of the small fleet and sent him toward the kalinda system with the task of gathering more and more crewmembers. now as admiral of the lilaste order he is one of the trusted hi ranking members of the fledgling faction
