- Description: Nite Owl commandos (Identified by their Nite Owl shoulder emblems)are initiated members of The Nite Owls, And the standard combat unit of the order. They are well trained in traditional mandalorian warfare, Typically indoctrinated and trained from childhood as foundlings. They see The Nite Owls as a second family, The mandalorian people as their own and the mandalorian way of life being the only way. Those who were born mandalorian typically share those views, Though not all of them so zealously. They act as a Quick Reaction Force in their local territories within the mandalorian sector, But may also serve as kill teams and operatives on high profile missions at the behest of their leaders and the Mand'alor. Their members are primarily drawn from Clan Solus, Houze Vizsla of Roon and Clan Naudir, Though they are accepting of members from all walks of life, Even outsiders who have chosen to become mandalorian, Who they teach and train to be the best mandalorians they can be.

- Combat Function: Elite "Jumptrooper" strike teams delegated to high value targets and objectives. Nite Owl commandos may perform search and rescue, Reconnaissance, Long range firesupport, Pre-battle sabotage or simply search and destroy missions, Using their jetpacks and gunships to rapidly insert and evac as needed. Their primary training is with the jetpack, Dropping free fall from high altitude only to active them just before they enter the AO, Performing rapid insertions and engaging the enemy in CQB or otherwise creating chaos among enemy ranks. When not operating by themselves, They provide fire support and expertise to other mandalorian units, Often coordinating directly with rally masters and providing sniper fire, Distractions and covering fire as needed. Additionally, They may serve as elite bodyguards or escort units to high value individuals or friendly objectives. When not functioning alongside the military, They are often tasked with with performing as a Quick Reaction Force to eliminate terrorists, Rogue force users and other enemies of the state within the mandalore sector and protect mandalorian citizens.
- "Ride fast hit hard" The Owl commandos are specialists in rapid insertion via drop ship or jetpack, Dropping in fast and hitting hard in CQB, Spreading chaos through enemy ranks.
- "Honor, Duty, Justice" The Owl commandos are highly committed individuals, Oath bound to protect the mandalorian people and their way of life, Even if it means the end of their own.
- "Mando'ad" The Owl commandos are highly skilled in their respective fields, Be it marksmanship, Gunslinging, Explosives or melee, Each Owl commando is a specialist in their preferred fighting style, And a force to be reckoned with that can live off the land and pursue enemies as long as need be.
- "The way" Owl commandos are Mandalorian through and through. Though a small minority of their members were one outsiders, The owls are taught and sometimes even indoctrinated into mandalorian culture to the extent that it may be difficult with them to properly integrate with non-mandalorian units. As such, They mostly keep to themselves unless required to interact with outsiders.
- "Zeal" Owl commandos are taught to stay true to the mandalorian way of life and their oaths at all costs, Leading many to stubbornly fight on till the end when retreat may be the wiser option. This may be seen as a blessing to some, Until a squadron is wiped out when they refuse to leave a position because they are "Honor bound" to defend it, Or when they break away from an assigned objective to pursue a sith commander or Dar'manda traitor.
- "Heavy handed, Light footed" Owl commandos are first and foremost, A kill team. They are sent to hit an object and move on. Thus, They typically lack proper support when operating alone, And are rarely deployed with armoured support or artillery. They strike fast, Yes, But must also withdraw just quickly, Lest they become bogged down by overwhelming fire.
With the rise of the Mandalorian Union and The Nite Owls, Aloy Vizsla began organizing a resistance against Sith aligned Death Watch and operatives of the sith empire, Beginning what she called "The Shadow Crusade". With Death Watch committing a massacre within the mandalore sector, Many became drawn to her cause, Including Clan Solus, Whom she began friendly relations with due to her love for one of their members. Members of clan Solus and her own House Vizsla of Roon, Including clan Naudir, Joined her cause against Death Watch. The majority of these were Ex-Naudir Special forces whom were already loyal to the Vizslas of roon, And soon Aloy was in command of an elite organization known as "The Nite Owls".
It wasn't long after that they began adapting foundlings and indoctrinating them into the Nite Owls, And soon grew enough to gain momentum within the Mandalorian Union, Having been chosen to combat Death Watch on Wayland early on.
