Strengths:

• Hunter's Boon: Exonads are a species who live their entire lives off of hunting. While many of their species use bows, spears and the like to hunt, Tyri was raised by the Mandalorian Jorn Mair. Growing up under the influence of both Exonad and Mandalorian cultures, Creating a weapon that allowed Tyri to not just hunt, but also defend herself was almost a necessity required by Jorn. Using the famous Beskar metal as well as Dallorian alloy to create a very sturdy and lightsaber resistant firearm that can double as a wood cutting tool, or close ranged weapon.
• Big Game, or Big Idiot: Utilizing the .48 caliber slug, the rifle is built to be able to pierce tough hides of creatures that roam the planet of Exocron, or any planet for that matter. As a side effect, the caliber is powerful enough to pierce most armors, and even vehicles under the right conditions.

Weaknesses:

• Hunting tool, Not Warfare: The weapon was used to hunt prey, no matter what it may be. Long range is your friend. However, due to the slow reload of of a tube housed under the barrel, reloading in a battle against enemies that have weapons that can reload, and fire much faster than this one, causes the user to be at a disadvantage when going toe to toe with anyone. Best used more like a sniper rifle, than a battle rifle.
• Pull Lever for Fun: As a Lever action rifle, it means firing with the weapon will be much slower than your average firearm. Of course it can fire faster than a single shot, and can be arguably faster than a bolt action rifle, Anything faster than a Semi-auto, and the user will be swiss cheese before you can get more than a single shot off.
• Careful of the Blade: A very useful tool is the axe. Able to chop down wood just as easily as chopping off heads and limbs. However, using a combination of an axe, and a long arm, can mean movements that are not done with some form of care around the rifle, could lead to one cutting themselves on the blade, or even killing themselves if hit in the right place. While most often the damage is a scratch or a cut, having no worry of the blade could be worse.
• Sore Shoulders: Using a very powerful slug round that was more often used in a Heavy Blaster comparable slugthrower pistol, means that this rifle has quite some kick to it. While in theory recoil is just as much as the pistol, but barely more manageable due to having a stock and more surface area for the user to hold, as well as the added weight to act as a natural form of an inertia dampener. Firing this weapon for long periods of time can cause the shoulder to bruise, and sway the weaker people of the galaxy from using a weapon such as this due to recoil alone.

DESCRIPTION
Growing upside a Mandalorian of old, Tyri has an acceptance of firearms. They are useful tools one can use to defend themselves, as well as for hunting. Putting food on the table at night. While at first learning how to use smaller air rifles and even some larger firearms for big game on Exocron under the tutelage of Jorn Mair, Eventually, she had a mind for leaving the planet and hunting more than just creatures. Jorn shared stories of hunting people, or the galaxy at large. Wanting to have her own adventure, and to learn more of the galaxy on her own, Jorn gave her a deal. Using everything she has learned, and with some help of textiles, She was to make a weapon that she would be proud of, as well as something that Jorn would approve for use.

Working over the span of two years using older rifles, and even pistols, she set out to fabricate her own rifle. One that she could use for hunting as well as defense. Many questions arose of how would she deal with someone within close range of her, and after some thought, she worked on the buttstock of the rifle. Attaching an Axe head to the butt that would allow a larger butt against her shoulder, as well as a quick flip of the weapon to be useful in close combat scenarios.

While dangerous in an unused hand, tyri crafted the weapon for herself. So she could use it in whatever need she may have. With some practice, as well as using it on the very last hunt she would have with Jorn, He approved it. Allowing her to explore to her content, with a weapon that would carry her through the star charts.
