Padawan looking for a Master.

I'm looking for someone who'd want to take my Padawan here under his or her wing. Basically, he's not very great at Lightsaber combat, but I compensated for that by making him a Miralukan with an above average Force affinity. I'm looking for a character that would fit that dynamic, someone who could teach him Force techniques or things related to the Consular subpath.

If he had to 'specialize' in something, it would likely be healing. It would be interesting for him to learn the skills of a seer, but aside from that he's looking to be a more well rounded Force user over all.

Ah, if you're looking for rounded, Ilias can do that. If you go healer, Ilias is primarily a healer, overall, as well.

That sounds fine. I was also looking to learn different, obscure force techniques like Force illusion/projection, Revitalize, Shatterpoint, Malacia and Tutaminis (not obscure, but still something he'd like to master). That, combined with a healing focus, would really set the stage for his progression as a Knight.
