Getting back on track (sorry)...and to echo [member="Drapeam Nyx"]'s post, it helps get a better fit if you're more demanding/explicit about your needs. Do you see your Jedi as traditional or more modern? Do you want them to become a healer/guardian/consular/whatever. Do you want to be a free spirit or be tied to an Order? These sorts of things will help Masters/Knights put themselves forward and for you to make a choice that'll work in the long-run. Believe me, the first offer isn't always the best one

[member="Cos Storm"] do you have a Faction in mind for where your Jedi will be? IE: Silver Jedi, The Jedi Order etc.

That will help root out certain Masters/Knights to help you...IF you wanted to be in a Faction at all of course.

Any specific force powers you were hoping to learn?
If you wanted to learn pyrokinesis or some force stealth related stuff I can be of assistance, otherwise I'll just direct you to Corvus and Connor (who happens to be a part of the Silver Jedi, as you can see). Lightsaber combat ain't really my thing.
