• There's only one. Pal Veda came across this by luck, and had to kill someone to get it. Once it's gone, it's gone.

DESCRIPTION

Pal Veda loves a good knife. What he doesn't love is when someone is trying to stab him with a good knife. During a mission to free the slaves on Karazak, he was attacked by a crazy pirate lady intent on stabbing him to death. Next thing you know, she's got a blaster hole through her chest, and Pal has a new knife in his hand. No telling who she stole it from.

This thing is sharp. Razor sharp. Pal took it to a weaponsmith who told him it was made from duranium and coated in a Cortosis weave. The internal vibration system was top notch, silent, and foolproof. Whoever crafted the knife knew what they were doing, using a fine Bantha tusk for the grip and Bantha hide — maybe from the same Bantha! — for the sheath. The weaponsmith offered a nice sum for the find, but Pal said heck no. This might come in useful dealing with those pesky space wizards and their laser swords constantly on his tail.

Look, it's fancy, but it has its limitations. It doesn't shoot like his blaster, it doesn't explode like his thermal detonators, and it only stabs a few inches farther than his reach. But it looks cool and serves a purpose.
