Description:
The band of soldiers were already soldiers of the One Sith when their change occurred. Under an intense amount of duress and hate, all soldiers upon the Paladin were forced to inject a stimulant drug created for the sole purpose of creating supersoldiers. However, the process only worked to an extent, and a majority of the soldiers were outright killed from the operation. Those remaining found themselves disillusioned from the governing body that had forced their hand, and in turn forced many of their comrades to commit suicide in the vile manner that they had. Abelain stepped into the picture, promising revenge on his traitorous master, and the band of newly minted supersoldiers quickly agreed.
Since then, they have served him loyally, albeit perhaps not with the same reverence and respect that many average soldiers would convey to their commanding officers. They have participated in only a few true conflicts, however the most notable among these would be the Coup that occurred upon Coruscant. There numbers were dropped by nearly a sixth during the fighting, and the two-hundred and fifty are all that remains of their unit.
Technically, their number may be re-created with use of the serum, however it is difficult to reproduce and would require intimate knowledge of it's whereabouts to continue creation of supersoldiers, as well as a better testing process to avoid the needless bloodshed of the past.
The soldiers; while physically stronger than their normal counterparts, are prone to being stunned by bright lights, or particularly loud noises due to their heightened senses.
