- Imbued with the battle memories and combat knowledge of all previous wearers, including expertise in Forms I-VII of lightsaber combat
- Eternal Champion: The armor has been imbued with the experiences and knowledge of all those who have previously donned it. A Force sensitive wearer can access these memories to improve their combat skills.
- Curse of Empathy: The process by which the armor allows the wearer to glimpse past memories can also lead to heightened levels of empathy, emotional outbursts, and flashbacks at inconvenient times. As long as the wearer possesses solid mental fortitude, they should be able to withstand these side effects. More weak-minded sorts will have difficulties.
This armor was not made by or for Arrius Messala. It is a relic plundered from an unmarked tomb on a forgotten world. Little is known of the makers, and surprisingly little can be gleaned about the previous wearers despite the presence of their memories imprinted in the armor. The process by which this is done uses the same methods as psychometry, a Force power which allows one to relive events associated with a particular object. Moreover, the suit can only absorb memories made while the person was wearing it.
One thing is for certain. Over the course of its long history, the armor was donned by both Sith and Jedi, great warriors and sages alike. It saw battles on a thousand different worlds for hundreds of causes. It tasted the sweetness of victory and the bitterness of defeat. It witnessed more pain and guts and glory than can be endured in a lifetime, yet it has survived to tell all of its tales to the one lucky enough to bear it.
