Though of the smallest vessels to leave the ever-expanding PhoenixDrive shipyards, the Penelope-class nonetheless carries every ounce of the spirit set forth by her earliest siblings in the company’s production lines. Stout, measuring only 36 meters from instrument-littered stem to a comparatively simplistic and blunt stern, the skiff carries little in the way of offensive equipment, opting instead for a heavily logistical loadout, even more so than PhoenixDrive’s other civilian-oriented products.
The vessel’s compact interior is cramped and hostile, built crudely around an unusually extensive engineering suite and a larger cargo bay. The former facilities lend to the Penelope unmatched speed and maneuverability, granting the skiff a reputation for the rapid transport of goods and passengers, and otherwise rendering it a popular choice to be equipped and dispatched as a tugboat.
