STRENGTHS
- Multi-Tool: The arm functions as a multi-tool, storing various devices such as a grappling hook and scomp link. The various tools can also be modified or swapped out to perform different functions, but there is only space for four tools at once.
- Remote Control: The arm's most notable feature is a control device which is programmed to allow Percival a limited amount of control over other droids and his fellow Neutralizers. For example, he can use this device to temporarily disable a voice modulator or stun them for a brief period. (NB!: This effect can be resisted; players choose whether or not their character is affected.)
- Achilles' Arm: The arm is vulnerable to ion energy, electricity, and Force powers such as mechu-deru.
- Limited Space: The arm can only hold three tools/devices at a time. To perform different functions, these tools must be manually replaced, a process which is time consuming and requires full concentration.
Neutralizers are encouraged to modify their bodies, adding to them as they see fit in order to glorify the Matriarch's design. Most additions tend to be in the vein of finding different ways to kill people. But Galahad Io was a pacifist, so he has no need for a hidden energy blade or the ability to shoot laser beams out of his eyes. Instead, he opted to replace his left arm with a multi-tool capable of performing a variety of functions, mostly geared toward getting him out of jams, making his neuro interface easier to conduct, and general repair work. It also came with a secret control device, which he developed himself, allowing him to nonlethally deal with his fellow Neutralizers, should the need arise.
Upon his death, the original durasteel arm Galahad constructed was retrieved. His brother Percival eventually got a hold of it and installed it in his own arm. Percival made a few modifications to the limb, the most major being replacing the durasteel parts with phrik.
