Permission to use an alt?

In some dominion threads, I've seen opportunities to possibly bring one of my other alts, [member="Ayda Elisantra"]

She is a doctor/intern and for the most part neutral. Would i be able to write her in some of the dominions without her joining the Confederacy? Like i said, she is neutral and can assist in treating the wounded, sick or the population/encampments that are under duress. Humanitarian aid, from 'Doctors without Borders'.

The Felcat Dom hex-X-46 caught my attention. She could help the freed slaves etc...

If it were up to me, I'd definitely go with that angle, hands down.
But...sigh...my writer kind of has a sort of leash on me. *eyes make a circle* Like, so i'm the only one who has ever gotten into trouble on the boards, including my stint with a factory judge. But have to admit, he was so cute and helpful that it was hard to contain myself. Anyway, that kind of set my writer on 'I'M WATCHING YOU CLOSELY KARLIE'. Yea, so that kind of puts a hamper on much of my free spirit.
