- It's primary feature is that it can easily be called upon with out the use of his hands. When blades lock during duels, he can still use this while his opponent is preoccupied in fending off his blade, allowing him to catch them unaware with blaster bolts.
- It has received a great upgrade in power from the last design.
- Its durability has been imbued with the Force, rendering it incredibly durable. The armorweave glove can now handle immense energies like electricity or heat and allow him to catch bolts of energy with his hand similarly to the use of Tutaminis without conscious use of the Force. This also allows him to touch the sheer energy of lightsabers, though similarly to Darth Vader's, it would not survive a direct hit and is used more like a fencing glove in redirecting hits. The alchemically enhanced durasteel that covers his forearms, however, will be difficult to damage.
- Both gauntlets have augmentation arrays, allowing him to produce more strength in forearms to the fingers, allowing him to strike harder and faster with chambered attacks. This feature can be turned on and off.
- It is fit with plated and protective thickened areas on the gloves to protect his hands from blunt force from his strikes, as well as focusing the power of his strikes to become more efficient.
- It now has better offensive power not only in the form of greatly enhanced blaster energy and ammunition, but also enhancing his sheer strength.
- Built in defensive qualities have been laden, allowing him to better deal with blaster fire but especially with those capable in the Force who opt to crush the opening of his blasters with the Force. Now, such an event is unlikely to happen due to its durability.
- In sacrifice for all of its new abilities, weight and size has been increased significantly, though not to any extreme extents.
- The augmentation arrays are underdeveloped due to Persenus not have really meddled with power-armor before. When activated, it will reduce his overall point control, and he loses the ability to move his hand palm-ward, making certain strikes awkward and difficult, such as an upward diagonal strike from the tail guard position, and lightsaber twirling to create blade barriers against blaster fire near impossible. Individual Finger movements are extremely limited as well with the exception of the thumb. Overall, it makes forms like Makashi and Soresu more difficult to use, though Djem So finds itself mostly unhindered.
- To add to this, turning one on turns both of them on, so he cannot use his saber with the enhancement while using something that requires more finesse.
- There are only three power settings to adjust the level of augmentation, limiting his use of it further. He cannot crush someone's skull while holding his lightsaber or anything else vital in his other hand lest they were to be shattered at the highest setting.
- His lightsaber can only handle the middle of the power settings, the highest setting delegated primarily to hand-to-hand combat unless he wants it to be broken.
After Kesran Opadal had crushed the former design the moment he used it, Persenus realized the severe design flaw in it. While it had been used to take enemies off-guard in the midst of mele combat, Force-Users could easily disable it with a Force Crush given its small size and durability. After several months, he had now enhanced it and given it a variety of new upgrades.
As he attacks, he makes his opponent focus on his saber. Of course, the weapon that could bisect them in two would take more space in their attention but the hidden and unsuspicious design of the vambrace would garner little thought. However, as they lock their blades, he lets out an energy bolt from the vambrace, burning into their flesh in a moment as their own defense was knocked away by his offensive Djem So style. The vambrace is a tool of surprise and it, along with Perenus' saber, are the only two weapons he escaped with when he left the Sith Empire.
