Location: Aldera City

Ships were beginning to land the small group of military that had come to aide the citizens was returning as well. The first ship had let down the gangplank.

A woman who moved quite slowly walked down the ramp her gaze darted from one thing to another this was not the home that she had raised her children in. No, this was..yep.

But now [member="Alyesa Organa"] had sent home credits to help begin to heal the world of Alderaan the family was returning to work with the few companies that had been contracted with to deal with the effect of vong forming. The greatest question was asking how to get the largest one they had seen out from under a building.

The building was suppose to be the palace but each time Arianna looked at it she couldn't bear to do so. "Ok, well let's chose a place to begin, everything in Aldera seemed fine it was outside of Aldera that the problems truly showed.

In troves they would arrive - but without their esteemed Chief Executive Officer and for a wide variety of reasons.

Military equipment that had been purchased for defensive purposes and restoration - with the credits that Incom Corporation had supplied to the Alderaanian Relief Effort. Incom had managed to gather around two and a half billion credits to supply the efforts on Alderaan and even had begun looking into reversing the damage done by Vongforming - even if it meant looking into finding Yuuzhan Vong who were peaceful and not wired to the One Sith system.

That seemed like a long shot but it would be worth it, wouldn't it?

Other options included reverse engineering the ancient machines that destroyed worlds and churned out fighters - they were once called World Devastators, perhaps if their design could be manipulated then perhaps they could destroy the Vong material and churn out resources and aid in the rebuilding efforts. Massive robots that assisted in the reconstruction of Coruscant many years ago were already being setup in key locations around Alderaan - but they would take time.

Alderaan's current situation needed a quick reversal within a matter of months, not years. Then the Royal Engineers and Alderaan Motors would be able to get a jump start, perhaps even get into the market again and start churning out items to assist in the economic drive for Alderaan. There was so much needed to be done and it needed to be done fast. The exiled were starting to return home - and all was not well, not yet anyways.

[member="Arianna Organa"]

She had long wanted to come to Alderaan since her father had made mention of it, and their ties to it. She had hoped that when she came that [member="Trevor Alde"] would have come with her, but that had not worked out completely.

The few resources that she had she offered to the people of Alderaan many had lived through the Sith occupation she could see the looks in their eyes when they looked at them. she just was speechless. She made it a personal commitment to try and help them as much as she could they deserved that from anyone that bore the name Organa or even one that claimed any part of the family. This was just as much their fault as it was the Sith, they had failed the people.

Claire was talking with a young woman homes were needed, food was needed, clothing. Clothing she could do, she had already talked to someone who made clothing and they were preparing to send every size, color and shape to Alderaan to help.

Claire had looked for her cousin the Queen, so far she had not found her. Was that by design or had Claire decided it was not so important. Food was also being brought in from another company that she did not recognize but still it was needed.

MandalMedical was bringing in medical supplies via the medical frigate, Jahaal'got. It had been sometime since Rianna had set food upon Alderaan. When the transport landed outside of Aldera city Rianna stood upon the ramp and looked around.

Her very soul cried out at the damage, and the looks of the people did not mirror the welcome that she had hoped for. Perhaps she had been gone too long. She had asked [member="Briika Detta"] to join her in this endeavor to aide the people of her home world. She had not looked for her among the medics as they traveled she herself was quite busy with her two children who were growing strong already at 6 months she could see the bond between them growing, and feel their presence.

What was left of Alderaan was their home too, their dual citizenship put in place children of Mandalore and children of Alderaan.

But that was not the reason for being here, the reason for being here was to help and aide those who needed it. It was an uneasy feeling knowing that Alderaan sat on the edge of Sith occupied territory and Republic once again.

Rianna began by ordering teams to find anyone who needed help, and then they set up a clinic to help those that could make it in.

Arianna did not look like royalty she looked like a worker her shirt sleeves to her elbows, pants tucked into her boots. The representative of another company that wished to "help" Alderaan stood explaining,

"Queen Arianna everything that the vong create has life, they do not believe in machinery, everything that happens around Alderaan, the strong prey on the weak in this way the Vong were assured to have the strongest" Arianna turned and looked at the little man who was everything that everyone thought of when the word beauacrat was spoken. Glasses to the edge of his nose a voice that sounded like he was talking through his nose, and skin pasty white from always being indoors.

"I understand Mr. Devron and as much as it pains me to harm something that is living, I want it off Alderaan. I want there to be habitable living space here so that the citizens of Alderaan can come home"

Mr. Devron got tight lipped for a moment, "Yes Mam, we can use large domes and disperse the pathogen Alpha Red it will destroy the vong in the dome, but the vong technology is so verilent it will overtake the cleared portions before we can kill enough of it"

Arianna had thought there would be an easy solution she had hoped for one, "You had mentioned to me the use of Alpha Red"

"Yes Mam, but it will destroy all life, if there is any remaining life here native to Alderaan it will kill it as well you would have...but I have been conducting another study, the underlying genetics if you will of Alderaan seems to be fighting back.

Now this had Arianna's attention, "I'm not sure I understand why that is important"

He approached slowly to show her the data, "Much like what happen to the Hutt worlds, Alderaan seems to be fighting for itself. Even though the Vong had terraformed those worlds within a decade the planets themselves had beaten back the terraforming, there are sign of this here on Alderaan. My Lady if you can be patient within the decade I believe Alderaan will right itself"

Arianna paused now they wouldn't have to destroy anything Alderaan was fighting.

"I must discuss this with the citizens of Alderaan, and see if they are willing to wait a decade."

He nodded, made a small face, "There are a few creatures however that um well will require removal, or to be killed. As they are in their own enviroments, such as the creature below the the palace"

Arianna sighed, and nodded, "I will get with you shortly"

If there was a way to reclaim Alderaan naturally he Mr. Devron stated that is what she would want to do, and in the meantime there was a world not far that they could occupy until Alderaan was ready.

Could it be that in ten years Alderaan would fight back this terrible invasion of their planet? Or was this man just looking to ilk them of credits they could not afford, Arianna paused in thought.

It was times like this she wished for the advice of a vizier, she knew her cousin and her sister were somewhere on Alderaan what would they say about this, what was ten more years but the blink of an eye. She walked looking out across the city towards what was still snow capped mountains she remembered coming home from being lost looking towards those mountains and seeing the thranta soar about in the winds. They had been so graceful that day and now...it was said there were no more.

Bespin. She had to keep Bespin in mind..

There were things they could do here in Aldera City, where so far it seemed safe. At night though Claire wondered did the creatures go bump in the night, did they snatch people sleeping from their beds. Claire's mind was full of questions and fears. Fears she wished she could find a way to put to rest.

She smiled at the woman before her the children greatful for the small toys that Claire had also brought along. Much like a program she had heard of long ago it helped the kids to feel better. It didn't just help them it helped her too. Her family had escaped Balmorra it was now in the hands of the Sith.

How things change so quickly.

Claire stoked the top of the little girls hair as she and her mother talked. The woman, Alma was telling her about Alderaan and what it looked like before, the tall trees, the green valleys, no matter what Alma said Claire took it in and would remember it. She hoped that one day it would like like that again.

The holding cell she was in was not made for comfort. Ana sat on the small stool provided to her she was waiting to meet with Queen Arianna. Ana was in trouble she had stepped forward to take the throne when no Organa remained on Alderaan. The Sith had schooled her and provided her with many ways to keep the peace.

She had thought she was doing the right thing for the people of Alderaan, so far it seemed that Queen Arianna did not agree. There was discussion of charges to be brought against her. Ana drummed her fingers on her own thigh as she thought about the months that she sat on the throne, and what she had done.

She half smiled, ok it was not the most righteous of things, but she held true to her conscience. She had done the right thing by keeping a member of nobility of Alderaan on the throne rather than a member of the Sith.

Rianna was beginning to make notes on what other supplies could be used here at home.

Home.

She would not think on it, this was her home world no matter what the condition it was still where her family had spent generations. She and Arianna had lived her, played here. It dawned on Rianna that Arianna would likely die here. Why would she think of such a thing now?

It was a dreadful thought perhaps it was from listening to the fathers and mothers of children, and the grandparents all telling their stories as they sat waiting. Rianna's empathy was most certainly over taking reason at the moment. She took a deep breath to clear her mind, and listen to the responders as they come in talking about what they believed was needed outside of Aldera.

Arianna walked slowly looking over all the notes given to her. Possibly a decade maybe a few years more but some things may never return. Something would be gone forever. No matter what they did nothing was immediate, some of it was costly and then to entice the citizens to come back.

She wished at this moment the High Council was here a discussion could be held.

"Well, I guess, we should wait another year and see if there is truly a noticeable difference in the growth, if Alderaan is truly fighting back." She made a face, in the meantime there were safe places. Aldera City.

Except for what was under the palace of course. She wished for a few more windows in that place, it was too much like a dark dismal fortress rather than a representation of the freedom of Alderaan .

Arianna knew that her family was on the surface, she went in search of them. To show them this possibly solution and hear their concerns.

Arrival to Aldera City

Faith was tired but this had to be done. She had to come home again and look at this place that was her home no matter what the conditions, no matter what the verdict. They had in their custody Ana Fa'leen, of House Panteer.

Ana had cooperated with the Sith during the occupation and even took the title of Queen. The high Council would meet to decide her fate.

Faith had made it planetside thankfully with her was [member="Marev Priest"] looking around as always. "I think the only thing to fear around here is the wild life" Just how wild was it. Faith knew that her family had gathered, her mother, aunt, cousin all were working to help the citizens there were here.

but what was the verdict, had her mother found someone to help them.

I walk at Faith's side my eyes always moving, my HUD scanning and passing on potential targets and threats that fail to register high enough to warrant my attention. Faith seemed to be in an introspective mood and, as always, I lend my ear to her words. It had been sometime at her side but always I could see the empathy and sympathy in her eyes for the people she represented as well as those she was connected to. And it seemed she cared for everyone so she never had time to focus on herself

Walking along my hands brush the grips of my pistols, always close in case needed. And with Faith it seemed she was never happy unless she found herself in dangerous and difficult situations. But it's my job to be her protector and, whether I admit it or not, I've grown to care for the woman who cares for everyone. She's a good, decent person and the galaxy needs more of them.

Faith drew a long breath giving her moments to think about what needed to be done, "There is a prisoner I want to speak to, have to" Faith gave Marev a crooked smile. "It is a distasteful but."

Faith walked a bit a slower, "A young noble woman took the title of Queen during Sith occupation, it is not known how far her allegiance to them went, nor what she may have given to them for the title. I need to find this out." The harder part of this Ana was a friend, or so she thought so to have to do this twisted her insides up.

Faith was talking out loud as she often did with Marev though he said little she wondered often what did he think about when she became this way.

Arianna was thinking about their prison, Ana Fa'leen of House Panteer. A woman who she thought they could trust a woman whose House had a long standing of good works, of ruling Alderaan, of planning out the restoration of the culture of Alderaan.

As many nobles as there were it losing one more would not cause any damage.

Between having to work to restore Alderaan, and deal with internal matters Arianna could not help but think about the role of Vizier again, who among the nobles could or would fulfill this role.

She needed someone who could advise the next ruler, someone that did not see this as a stepping stone, but a position and opportunity to help Alderaan grow and change.
