• Fast and Agile The vehicle is capable of high speeds and tight turning thanks to limiting the weight and giving it a dedicated high energy reactor.
• Armored Despite the average weight, the vehicle does come with commendable armor for its purpose.

• Toothless There are no weapons equipped to the vehicle, and the passengers are required to use the weapons they carry to make any sort of attack besides ramming the vehicle into something.
• Coating and Alloy While the outer coating provides a decent camouflage pattern that adapts and the alloy blend provides low grade scanner avoidance, they are only small measures to make the vehicle less noticeable.

Following the thought of needing PGSC personnel to move quickly or scout positions, the idea for a quick and heavily defended vehicle of some variety arose. While some argued for a more traditional repulsor lift craft, the previous arguments used to keep droids from being made in a similar fashion were used for a vehicle that might encounter similar issues. Instead opting for four large wheels to propel the vehicle around with a dedicated power generator proven to provide abundant power to all systems.

With the vehicle meant to serve as a scout or small transport, the notion of mounted weapons was thrown aside in favor of keeping the occupants alive. Featuring heavy plating that is grounded to the frame and further grounded by the large tires, the worry of EMP was put aside as the next problem became making sure there were some amenities for those operating the vehicle for extended time or in possibly inclement conditions. Featuring a dedicated life support system, and fully sealing cabin, the vehicle could manage many hazards to come without needing to expose the crew to dangers without assurances. With some basic needs met, the schematics were uploaded to the PGEM system and ready for production.
