- Beehive: Carrying three full starfighter wings the Phaetra can throw down with an immense compliment of starfighter support into any naval exchange.
- TIE Racks: Carrying a hangar load out meant to accommodate for TIE series vessels which can be compactly stored and rapidly deployed, utilizing this line of starships as the ship's compliment allows for more effective 'hit and slip' tactics meaning a faster starfighter deployment and recovery.
- Watch Your A*s: Like all ‘wedge’ shaped star destroyers, only an array of point defense cannons protect the Invictor’s aft at all. Leaving its ion drives fully exposed to enemy fire in a gruesomely exposed blind spot.
- Not A Battleship: With less than adept armament compliments, the Phaetra is meant to be utilized in the sole purpose as a large scale fleet carrier meant to provide an ample starfighter compliment to larger formations, not to duke it out with other vessels.
- Snubnose: Where as most wedge design capital ships are fortified long running superstructure, the Phaetra's ends short with the cove of hangar bays, making the center of the ship weaker than its counter parts meaning a potentially more exposed reactor core meaning an increased risk of detonation and outright ship destruction.
Acting as the mainsail fleet carrier of the New Imperial Order's armada, the Phaetra is one of the latest and most specialized of the Technoid Manufactorum's starline commissioned by the fledgling rebel government. Mean't to act as a center piece carrier able to deploy four starfighter wings directly to the plane of battle the Phaetra is in the highest percentile of ships in its class for hanger space and efficiency with its rapid deploy TIE racks meaning it can rapidly deploy its fighter compliment en-mass and over the enemy ships with ease.
