The Olympian Armorsmiths had a project running for several years which was meant to copy and improve on the Dark Trooper projects of the Galactic Empire and successors. This was done in regards to the manned suits, not the droid program and went in conjunction with the development of the Rim-Guard Orders and Shield Legions power armours and was therefore quite limited to a brief production time and discontinued.
But that did not stop the traitors of the Sons of Etogaur to steal nearly the entire arsenal of it as well as its blueprints and starting to produce them for themselves and equipping their heavy units with it. It is an armor suit now associated with terror and destruction, not with the noble cause of the Rim-Guard it once held.
