Hunting Again
Name: Pheraella [Fay-ray-ella] Sanzio, "Phe"
Loyalties: Lorelei Darke
Role: Pheraella started off as the selected Junior Senator to Kuati Senator Alena Beswin and was briskly promoted upon Alena becoming Chief of Senate. However, Phe's career as Senator was short-lived, due to war with the One Sith and the Netherworld Event. Phe's role, under the new One Sith regime, will soon become that of Kuati representation within the Imperial Diet of Planetary Governors as Kuat's new Governess.
Development Threads:
The Safety of the Senate Act
The Nondiscrimination Initiative
Lead Paint & Rainbows
The Star Crown
Age: 253
Species: Shi'ido
Force-Sensitive: Yes. Mid-Knight level abilities.
Appearance: Phe's standard form is that of a young, curvy, and vivacious human woman with milky skin and sharp features. Her hair is short, black, and styled in a Dutch cut. Her eyes are a dark brown/black, lips plump and eyebrows strongly defined. She's typically found wearing make-up to enhance these features in a bold and very sultry flapper-esque style. She is tall, standing at 5'10'', with a sinuous figure. Naturally, given what she is she could choose to look like whatever she wants, but this facade is one she has taken as her default and uses it more often than not.

Personality: Scathing, sultry, oft-times brash with equal parts seductive, Phe holsters a dangerous tongue and a sharp mind. She dislikes disunity and is something of a perfectionist - growing a penchant for OCD tendencies that are both quirky and sometimes alarming. There's a nasty streak to this woman that speaks volumes of a past she cares not to bring up. Phe is not opposed to cleaning her slate of competition ... permanently, with swiftness and artful precision. Speaking of art, Pheraella has a taste for the arts that is simply exquisite. Her respect for traditional approach and style are matched only by her willingness to indulge in a personal collection to capture it. She revels living in the lap of luxury, claiming that she's spent her entire life working for it and means to enjoy it to the utmost.
Phe has a quiet respect for the Direct of Operations, DiVanca Leonardi, and looks up to Lorelei Darke as a personal mentor. She has a firm and often times unbridled disliking for the Queen's personal assistant, Lacey Hardt, and thinks nothing of attacking the waif with cutting remarks and thinly veiled insults.
Weapon of Choice: Her mind, for the most part, and her cold intellect. Pheraella is trained to use a lightsaber, saberstaff, and numerous other weapons, but rarely does she ever carry.
Wealth: She enjoys any and all funding from the Queen of Kuat. Credits are never an issue.
Combat Function: While trained to fight, Phe's abilities match only that of a mid-level Knight. She can wield a lightsaber or other weapon well enough to defend herself and make an escape, though Plan A usually always involves a change of face for a quick exit.
Skills: Her abilities in the Force include a command of most all basic skills such as Telepathy, Telekinesis, Sense, and minor use of Force Enhance. She's highly proficient at hiding her Force Signature as this skill was necessary to Master in order to stay in the care of the Queen. Other minor abilities include that of Persuasion on weak-minded individuals, a good grasp of Memory Enhancement, and a beginning degree in Alter Memory on others (weak minded). It is quite likely that another proficient Knight-level who specializes in the Force could overcome her in situations of direct combat.
Young for her race, Phe's ability to transform is limited to that of humanoids close in height and weight to that of her stock form. For her, this equates to physical weakness - any form she takes at this current juncture will never be stronger or faster than what she can already accomplish with her human form. While Force Enhance can help with this, she's not particularly advanced with the power and can only use it for minor feats of strength and short bursts of super-human speed.
Due to her origins on the planet Ambria, Phe's very essence is Darkside-biased, meaning that she has a very strong weakness against Lightside based powers and forces. For her, this has grown a particularly acidic hatred of Jedi that she had a very difficult time keeping to herself. Being in the presence of those more powerful than her who hare saturated in the Lightside will make her weak, irritable, irrational, and even physically ill. Her ability to cope with places and areas that hold strong Lightside presences is nearly non-existent.
Notable Possessions: Aside from a small collection of weapons, Phe's most prized possession is a family heirloom: a black diamond ring whose centerpiece is said to contain the memories of her ancestors and their lost history. The diamond itself was cracked some time ago, so she was never able to attain a level of power to see if this was actually true.
Other Notes: Pheraella first met Lorelei Darke at the tail end of the 400 year darkness on the planet Ambria when she snuck aboard the woman's ship in an attempt to kill those aboard and make her escape from the planet. Upon learning just who and what exactly she was dealing with, and suffering a rather embarrassing defeat, Phe pleaded for mercy and begged that instead she pay back the woman by serving her. She revealed herself as a shi'ido and promised that she could make her talents worthwhile. Lorelei agreed and took the woman under her wing. Over the years Phe has found herself content to fulfill this bargain and has acted as a stand-in for the Queen and even some of her family members on many occasions. Mentored by the Sith Lord in hiding, Phe was also given tasks of removing troublesome people from the record on Kuat in order to help Lorelei's rise to power. Now with the Queen firmly seated as Sovereign of the system, Phe's services have been moved to external sources including that of the Republic's Senate and more recently the One Sith Empire's Diet of Planetary Governors.
