Question Photoshop resources

Hi there,

I'm wondering what kind of resources such as templates, shaders and patterns etc people use for photoshop art?

It's been a long time since I really tried to do more than the basic stuff, but I'd really appreciate some links or tips

i use picsart app and iphone default photo editing. picsart has free features also a pay extra membership if you want to access more stuff - which i don't. pretty simple for me to use with colour editing, there are tutorial videos online, but ive also been using the app since 2020 so am familiar with most of its features and resources. ive never really used PS.
