OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
POPULATION
[ The history of the planet Piforo is a long and tragic tale, lost to time and to be rediscovered present spacefarers and archeologists. Long, long time ago. A colonist fleet set out by an ambitious woman. Lyndell Asta. She wanted to reach out for the stars and grasp what they could offer. Charismatic and idealistic, the colonist fleet, also dubbed as "Serene Voyage", made it's way to the corners of space, attempting to find a habitable planet where people could grasp the necessities of life without having to completely give themselves up to the all-consuming technologies filling up the world, finding peace in nature and it's extention, rather than developing the economy endlessly. They used the resources to expand infrastructure and help out their own flock.
The colonist fleet explored for years, decades, multiple decades... Yearning to reach just that one star, one by one. The people of Serene Voyage started to lose hope, although finally after what would seem like an eternity spent in space. They had stumbled upon a practical paradise, evergreen, filled with life, canopies of trees, and most remarkable. A river which could be seen from the reach of space! Finally, the colony had gotten what it wanted, and all would seem well. But the decades of seeing constant black void had negatively affected many. Lyndell was no exception.
A personality cult was formed around Lyndell, a coping mechanism in many, although the actual reason is often up to the debate, and many theories question the honesty of Lyndell's actions. Though, she gladly accepted being elevated up and beyond in hierarchy of life, with some pressure. She was seen as the absolute ruler of Piforo, and many challenges that fell on Piforo. House Asta was established. Unfortunately, such delightful experience of being treated akin to a divinity was short-lived. As the pirates caught the wind of the colony weakened by self-imposed restrictions on technology. And raids started to happen, one after another.
Just barely fending said raids off, the people's spirit began to waver, death toll was too many to count, dark age was coming for the Piforians. It seemed like it would be the end of Colony, if not for the workings of Lyndell Asta. For she had known that river had too many secrets to count, and chosing to explore them. She had stumbled upon the spirit of the river. The pseudo-goddess everyone thought it was, in the ultimate show of hubris. She had commanded the creature to listen to her commands, and yet. Unknowingly, Lyndell unsleashed an ancient, natural weapon of mass destruction, something. Which had easily turned the entire planet into a wasteland. Something, which forced the pit, filled with the
...Now, only muted hints of life remain in the modern times, as well what had happened here, a place, built upon fresh lies, crushed by reality, and destroyed by ultimate hubris.
Nothing beside remains, round and decay of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare. Lone and level sand, stretch far away.

- Planetary Features: [ It is covered, and peppered by ruins, humongous and small alike. ]
- Major Locations:
The Eternal Dunes - The dunes make up about 80% of the planet's surface, it's a desert-like area. Ancient dust which had piled gives the planet a gray-like hue on the outside. They are extremely tedious to traverse through, and only emptiness accompanies the weary traveler. The sand however sits atop of what was once lush, green land.
Ruins of River Vesta - Also called the Great River of Vesta, is an area closer to the west of the center. It used to stretch far and wide, going across several major locations and areas throughout Piforo, but now it's murky, and extremely toxic. The traces of biological weaponry used created a lethal concotion, corrupting the soil and making the surrounding land uninhabitable, and questionable to breath in without a mask.
Pit of Skulls - A massive hole, seemingly stretching about a mountain range wide area, it is filled with bodies decayed, now skeletons and skulls, presumably of the people that once lived there. Just the mere presence of such graveyard is enough to faze most fearless of warriors, a whole civilization, buried on top of something, unknown to many.
Fortress Carrion - A fortress made of ancient, stone bricks. It once used to protect the capital city of Lyndell. But now it is barren, just like the rest of the planet is, what remains are machinations, traps, and forgotten notes of research, of unique method of warfare used by the Piforians.
Lyndell - A city formed in the name of the leader of the expedition, as well as the progentior of the bloodline of Asta, it used to be a gigantic city, while not sprawling with technologies and the like, it's antiquity once used to be mesmerizing. With the castle standing high above the city, housing cultural relics and artifacts.
Serene Voyage - Standard-duty colony ship, large enough to serve as the main base of operations, it remains stripped down, with most of it's parts seemingly having corroded away.
The Humming Mountains - What seems to be just a collection of pile of natural rubble, reveal themselves to be a gateway into a spiral of ancient history, involving now long gone Zabrak tribe. - Force Nexus: [Graveyard]
Intent: [ A planet heavily damaged by war and raids, causing much agony and suffering. This leaves a wound in the force, it is relatively minor-to-moderate as the conflict is now considered ancient, it's less of a direct interference by Siths, therefore while it's strength is minor, it could either evolve or disappear completely depending if it'll be set on sight by any Jedi or Sith. It's in the form of a mass graveyard. ]
Nexus Name: [Pit of Skulls] - Nexus Alignment: [ Dark ]
- Size: Medium
- Strength: [ Moderate (A moderate influence on the area and the people on it. Could be altered with a great enough event.)
- Accessibility: [Due to barren nature of the planet, it is completely unguarded, and is quite easy to stumble upon if you're not looking for it.]
- Effects: [The area of this Nexus creates ghostly apparations, spectres that are holding onto their diminishing essence of life, an aura of uneasiness is sometimes coupled with visual and auditory hallucinations.]
POPULATION
- Native Species: [Humans]
- Immigrated Species: [Zabrak, Arkanians.]
- Population: [ Uninhabited ]
- Demographics: [ Humans made up the majority of the demographic, being closely isolationist however, there is only a small percentage of Zabrak's and Arkanians who had integrated into the society of Piforo for multitude of reasons. Now it is uninhabited.]
- Primary Languages: [Pifo, Galactic Basic]
- Culture: Although the traces of those who lived there make it very hard to pinpoint the exact lifestyle, the people appeared to live a rather hedonistic lifestyle once, with even the most common folk enjoying rather comfy housing.
- Government: [ (past) Absolute Monarchy, (present) N/A. ]
- Affiliation: [ In the past, Piforo was ruled by a royal family of Asta, unfortunately. Much of the records of their rule are barely a footnote in history, and now there is nothing.]
- Wealth: [ Poor, due to the lack of means of production, extraction of raw resource, as well as logistics to transport it off. The whole planet is in ruins.
- Stability: [ Low, There is lack of stability due to the well, lack of proper governing body. Not that people inhabit this planet anymore to make that count.
- Freedom & Oppression: [N/A, no govermental body in place to facilitate such characteristic. ]
- Military: [The ruins point towards the military technology being minimal, with most advanced weaponry being vibro-blades, bowcasters, as well as old-fashioned slugthrowers, antiqued.]
- Technology: [Slightly below the galactic standard, most blasters seem to have been imported or smuggled, and found only in the hands of most wealthy of areas.]
