Meow
OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
During a trip to Dathomir, she was forced to tangle with an adult Rancor. Despite defeating the hulking beast, it did in fact eat three quarters of her natural tail. The loss of her tail was a devastating blow, since being of the feline species, it gave her balance. Upon returning back to the institute, she underwent another surgical procedure where the remaining of her tail was removed, and installed in it's place (along with the cybernetic brain implant) was the then prototype PITA CV1.
The tail, besides granting balance, was more than just a bionic and cybernetic implant, but a weapon. Working in tandem with the brain implant, the tail could perform functions no traditional tail could do. The tail's construction resembled a skeleton-like version (void of synthetic flesh), completely made of black songsteel, with what appeared to be red, hardened cartilages in the spaces. However, these were in fact red alusteel retractable blades, now enhanced by a length wise monomolecular energy cord to enhance the blade's cutting power. The blades could cut through most materials, thickness and material type a factor, but could eat through flesh with ease.
Regardless of the tail being fabricated mainly from songsteel, the tail was powerful enough to damage bones, flesh, and lesser grade materials as it came in contact with said topics. Now with the addition of a power pack and design from a neuronic whip, the tail now produced two attributes from this. The first was the trauma and painful inducing charge and second, the enhanced bone breaking and flesh eating damage. There was no change to the materials.
Finally, the tail could be simply used as a strangulation device without the before mentioned features. The tail, however, does not work independently. A cybernetic chip was installed deep inside Mikilanna's brain, allowing her will to control the tail just as naturally as her lost tail.
The tail is resistant lightsabers, from the songsteel, but the blades are not. EMP and Ion attacks can disrupt the tail's function either by hitting it directly or indirectly by the assault on the cybernetic implant. It's main flaw is the power pack that grants the tail's neuronic whip-like features. The power pack holds several hours of charges, but the charges deplete at an alarming rate when this function is used. The power pack itself is self sufficient in recharging itself, but it is a long, painstaking process that can take hours.
- Intent: A cybernetic / bionic tail for Mikilanna Mihaly

- Permissions: N/A
- Primary Source: Monomolecular Energy Cord, Neuronic Whip, Knuckle Plate Vibro Blades
- Manufacturer: The Royal Institute of Science
- Affiliation: Mikilanna Mihaly
- Market Status: Closed-Market
- Model: PITA CV1
- Modularity: No
- Production: Semi-Unique
- Material: Black Songsteel, Red Alusteel
- Classification: Tail
- Size: Large (0.92 meters)
- Weight: Very Light
- Resistances (Optional):
- Energy (And other Blaster type weapons): None
- Kinetic: Average
- Lightsabers: Extreme
- Other: Sonic (Very Low), EMP/ION (None), Elemental (Low)
- Retractable Blades: Made from red alusteel, the tail possess retractable blades.
- Enhanced Cutting Power: With a monomolecular energy cord running the inside length of the tail, it grants the retractable blades deadlier cutting power.
- Enhanced Electrical Charges: Using the technology found in neuronic whips, the tail can send painful jolts of electricity that can cause damage and trauma; as well as crack bones and tear away flesh.
- Enhanced Strangulation Prowess: The tail can wrap around throats, systematically leading to strangulation.
- Cybernetic Brain Implant: The tail is linked to a cybernetic implant in her brain, allowing the tail to work on thought.
- Specially Featured: The joint efforts from which the combined components that led to the production of the tail is it strong point. The tail, despite a cybernetic and bionic implant, is also a deadly weapon.
- Lightsaber Resistant: From the utilization of songsteel, the tail is not only light, but can withstand several strikes from a lightsaber blade.
- Power Pack: As in neuronic whips, there is a small power pack built in the tail. The tail's power back holds several hours of charge, but with each use the power depletes quickly; causing the power back to recharge periodically, more so with extended use.
- EMP/ION Assaults: Like all computerized cybernetics, it is thoroughly vulnerable against emp/ion attacks.
