Planet Coordinates

I am not sure if this is the proper place for this post and I apologize if it is not.

My laptop, which when I bought it was used, is now locking up and generally acting up, so I have been posting on my Nook, Ipod or cell phone.

I am in the process of creating a planet for submission. When I asked about how to go about finding the coordinates of my planet, it was suggested that I open the map in a photoshop app and crop to the area where my planet would be then put an X and use that in my submission.

My problem is I don't have a photoshop app, so what I have done is gone to my local library and copied the most current map to Microsoft Word and cropped it to the area where I want my planet and printed it.

Now here's my dilemmina. What do I do with the cropped image I printed and how do I successfully state the coordinates of the planet on my submission?

It was suggested that you do that, if the codex hasn't changed, then its not required to have a picture. What I did, was I found three planets, in the middle of which my planet would be. Triangulate it, and you should be golden.
