Plexgrove designed the banking and currency systems used by the Corporate Sector Authority and oversaw those financial services not undertaken by the Bank of the Core.

The Trade Federation of Planets operates secretively within the organization, utilizing the Finance Giant to expand their influence throughout the galaxy and ensnare planetary governments in debt after their homeworlds have been devastated by war. It is often said that those who wield power over commerce and capital hold dominion over the entire galaxy.

RATIONALE

The Plexgrove Combine, a well-established financial and banking conglomerate, found itself under the control of the powerful Trade Federation of Planets in 900 ABY due to the escalating conflict between the Dark Empire and the Galactic Alliance. With the declaration of war causing chaos and uncertainty, the Combine faced internal turmoil as key leaders were strategically assassinated, leading to a power vacuum within its inner circle.

In the midst of this upheaval, the influential financier Odett Hallisk , emerged as the new Chairman of the organization, taking on the daunting task of steering the Combine through these turbulent times.
