Description: The Polis Massa Training Center is a vital part of the OCA, making sure that the marines of the Open Circle are ready to fight. Although the training center is the main classification of the base it also serves as a prison for the OCA's enemies, or enemies of their employers. It was specifically designed to make sure that not only will the soldiers be trained and kept apart form the prisoners, but that it would keep anyone from leaving the base without a suit keeping the vacuum of space away.
The prison can hold up to 130 convicts at a time without overfilling the block. And to every prisoner there are 5 marines stationed to watch them. From a certain point of view you can see the whole base, A large Dome in the center with a control center on top, a small rectangle of a building, and a small indent in the surface outlined with heavy construction vehicles. On the large dome a insignia of the Open Circle Armada rests for all to see.
History: There isn't that much history behind the complex. Originally when the predecessor to William Kerkov began building it, it was suppose to be a standalone prison. But after he was taken out of office, Kerkov modified it so that the main building that the base was built around was the training center. There was once a prison break where a few prisoners began a riot and eventually escaped the building, until realizing they could not leave without pressurized suits. The genius behind the high security building.
