Noah didn't trust him, though Noah didn't trust a lot of people, though he needed a faster than average hyperdrive if the Hawk was going to be a effective ship. So it was a compromise, he needed the hyperdrive, so he needed the 500 series.

Aran came to meet the man who had asked to meet with Ordo. His buir, Jasper Ordo, no longer owned the company publicly so Aran went to do his job as acting CEO and greetthe customer with the special request.

The 500 series was one of the best hyperdrives on the market and had already been put in a few larger freighters and a frigate. He was confident they could adjust it for the man as well.

Noah had done multiple simulations about what would happen if the 500 Series was installed as it was. In all one thousand sims, the massive power output, compared to what was normal for the ship, caused the engines to overload and explode, killing everyone aboard. So Noah had called the man to help him develop more high-end capacitors that could contain the amount of power that the 500 Series put out.

He walked toward the R&D testing area where the team was working on the knew capacitors as they spoke.

Noah smiled at the man and followed him, calm and curtious, Noah didn't want to jeporadize this, he didn't like Ordo, but he needed that hyperdrive. "I take it you got my messages and are creating the new hi-cap capacitors?" Noah asked as they entered the R&D area.
