Suggestion Pre-Roleplay Area

I was thinking about this the other day, am I not sure how many people would use it. But I feel like it could be useful.

An area much like Pre-Factory and Pre-Codex, but for forums.

I use Chaos off of my phone. If I try to type something at and then close my phone, all of my typing is erased. This could be an area for people to start out there threads, stop when they need to, save them, and then go back and post them.

Thoughts? Lets get the ideas pumping.

that's a great idea! But did you know chaos has an autosave function for posts?

^ it's this button, almost to the far right above what you're typing. If you ever need to leave and come back, it holds your post there for 24 hours! You can even make it save your post if you have to go and you aren't sure it's refreshed and grabbed everything!

Also, don't forget that every phone has an inbuilt system for storing notes or documents, and you can easily get an app for google docs etc to store documents.

Also, if you have sub accounts you can 'PM' that sub account the WIP post and edit or delete it later.

Kyra Perl huh, I never knew that was there! I better start messing around with the buttons to see what else there is.

Valiens Nantaris Yes, but I also forgot to mention in the original post that I type off of my IPad as well. So if I don’t have my phone on my I am still able to continue typing there. But Kyra helped clear that up for me

I second google docs. I use it often since I do mobile posts at work.

Never write your IC posts directly on the board. 20 years, and there's still no perfect system for it.

As Valiens Nantaris has suggested, I type all my posts via PM to a sub-account. PM has full editing and it transitions very good by copy and paste when the post is finished.
