Appearance: Kotus has light blue fur covering his body with three black stripes from his brow to the nape of his neck, bearing similar stripes from his shoulders to his elbows and down his back. He has yellowish irises, natural for his species. He stands around two meters tall with a thin frame, weighing only seventy five kilograms.

Kotus is commonly known to wear traditional Caamasi garments, long dark colored robes with bright trim, elegant in appearance. Kotus brushes his fur regularly, paying close attention to his appearance and hygiene as part of his daily routine.

Wealth: Kotus owns very little, though he lives comfortably with a moderate amount of luxuries in his small home on the nomad fleet.

Skills: Kotus specializes in his grasp of psychology and his oratory prowess. He’s charismatic and eloquent, able to sway others with his words, tone, and charm. In addition he is apt at controlling the state media and propaganda.

As a Caamasi he is able to share Memnii, extremely vivid memories which contain the emotions and physical sensations he has felt or those that have been passed onto him.

Personality: Most describe Kotus as charming, almost like that of a kind older being who helps everyone in the neighborhood whenever they ask. He is said to offer advice willingly on any subject and appears willing to make sacrifices to help others, exemplifying humility and compassion. On many occasions he openly disdains the need for warfare, but understands it is a necessary act, however this is a lie.

In truth, Kotus cares nothing for those outside of the Revenant and his family. He is capable of callously ordering the execution or extermination of outsiders without a second thought or hint of remorse, and has even been known to occasionally allow his persona to drop to the point of being intimidating to his political rivals with indirect threats and leveraging anything or anyone against them.

COMBAT INFORMATION
Weapon of Choice: Wits | Speech
Combat Function: Kotus is a Pacifist personally, refusing to directly raise his hand even in his own defense. He is little better than a liability in combat, either making a hasty escape or standing nearby and watching. If he can’t covertly have someone assassinated, they aren’t going to die as far as he is concerned.

Strengths:

• Orator: Kotus Tik'kla is a masterful diplomat, using a combination of psychology and charm to win over others, be it in small personal conversations, or preaching propaganda to masses of listeners. His strongest weapon is the ability to sway others to his cause.

Weaknesses:

• Pacifism: Kotus himself, refuses to participate in killing sentient beings. He has no problem having someone killed or assassinated, but wouldn't offer up any defense besides retreat in combat.
