Preshea Lake House is a sizable estate that is located someways from the nearest dwellings in the Lake District. It's closest neighbors being the ancient Convergence Estate; once owned by the Palpatine Family, and Varykino Retreat, the estate owned by the Naberrie Family. Even then, those estates are roughly an hour away by Gian Speeder from Preshea Lake House, with the estate itself being roughly three hours away from Theed by Gian Speeder.

Description:
An old estate designed to mirror and imitate ancient Naboo architecture; with only a minor flare of Theed touching upon the outside of the home. Most of its construct would appear to be stone, however it is merely a facade covering the outside and preventing others from seeing the modern materials used in its construction to keep the home warm and enduring the elements of the Lake Country.
The structure itself is built in a two tier system, focused on the nearby lakes that happened to be in the middle of the estate grounds. The Preshea Family had thought that a bit challenging when they first purchased the property and it was one of the reasons that it was so cheap to purchase. The home though was built so that the flow of water from the upper lake forms a small brook that runs through the home and creates an external waterfall leading into the lower lake.
Interior decor is modest; for a family of the Preshea's standing and wealth. Not overly gaudy or flamboyant as many other well to do families. Much of the furnishings are more simple, made of local materials rather than imported goods. Much of the craftsmanship is a reflection of both Naboo Aesthetics and Gungan Culture; mixing the two together as a symbol of the two species working together since the Invasion of Naboo in 32 BBY.
The upper section of the structure is the private quarters and chambers of Lady Preshea and the staff on hand. While the lower section of the home is considered to be the headquarters of Preshean Auxiliaries.
The Lower section of the home contains a minor entrance hall which immediately opens into a sitting room with a fireplace upon entry. This halls leads to the staircase that leads to the upper floor, as well as to chambers and rooms that were carved under the upper lake and into the side of the small hill that the estate is centered upon. These rooms have been turned into meeting chambers and offices.
History:
Preshea Lake House was once the premier jewel of the Preshea Family; where a myriad of guests, political figures, cousins of the Preshea Family and military officers inbetween would come to relax and enjoy the comforts that the rather modestly wealthy Preshea Family had to offer. With the birth of their eldest daughter it became a place to show off her and her siblings that were born shortly after.
However, once her powers began to manifest and appear, it quickly became a prison for the young woman. The official story as told by the Preshea Family is that they lost it due to a failed investment, having to liquidate it and its assets to pay off their minor debt. The truth was they merely placed their eldest daughter in the Lake House with a series of droid companions and keepers and merely vacated the home.
For many long years it sat as a prison, with the Preshean Family only arriving to visit by secret or if they had been forced to stop during a storm. It was on one of these stormy nights that Lady Preshea left the home with no intention of returning. Eighteen long years later however and things have seemed to change. With the Preshea Family Matriarch and Patriarch passing, they left Preshea Lake House to their eldest daughter; whom has since turned it into the corporate headquarters for her own company, Preshean Auxiliaries.
