Throughout history there is a defined and recorded use of Auxiliaries; organized groups that supplement an armed force, though are not often directly incorporated into its command structure. These Auxiliary Forces can comprise Civilian Volunteers undertaking additional support functions, or additional personnel whom preform military or security duties. The most notable of those Auxiliary forces were those utilized by the Roman Military are additional support for the Roman Army's Heavy Infantry focus. These forces often being native contingents of Calvary and Missile troopers. Additional well known Auxiliary Forces are those of the Hessians employed by the British Military during the American Revolutionary War.

Much in the same manner, Preshean Auxiliaries is a corporation that provides similar services through Contractual Agreements; as well as providing Contractual Employment for individuals or similar such soldiers of fortune. Founded by Lady Preshea, the corporation is fledgling; with a fire at its heart and a courage shared by many of the personnel. Preshean Auxiliaries offers its services to those whom appreciate the service that the company provides, and whom are not merely utilizing their forces as cannon fodder to protect their main force.

A strict code of conduct is enforced, and all hired personnel, are expected to follow. Likewise, the company maintains a list of prospective employers and those whom would otherwise be marked as those most likely to return for additional services from the company. This list also contains those individuals and entities that are otherwise barred from rehiring the Preshean Auxiliaries services; mainly those whom as stated above, used the personnel as canon fodder, or those whom were in breach of contract.

Contracts are the life blood of Preshean Auxiliaries, and thus they are held to a strict standard. It is said that once a contract has been formed, the Preshean Auxiliaries will enact its contents to the letter; and have thus far not broken or been in breach of an established contract. This is also expected of those whom hire their services.

Preshean Auxiliaries units are organized in a means that ensures the execution of their obligation and contractual arrangements. Each unit is self contained, maintaining their own equipment, personnel, supply lines and officers. In this manner they are capable of acting freely of any force that has hired their services, while also permitting a rapid deployment or extraction.

• Preshean Auxiliaries Units will not be hired out to conflicting sides to avoid Preshean Auxiliaries Units from firing upon one another; i.e. If the Republic hires Preshean Auxiliaries, any contract by the One Sith or those representing the One Sith will not be accepted if those units hired would be deployed upon the battlefield upon which the Republic has deployed their hired Preshean Auxiliaries Units.

• Bravery without Self-Pity: To learn to suffer without complaint; for there are those whom suffer more and do not speak of their plight, neither shall we speak of our suffering.

• Courage: Be without fear in the face of your enemy. Stand in the face of adversity and galvanize those whom stand beside you to great things.

• Determination: Push to the fore with an unchallenged resolve. Complete your mission without hesitation, save to spare a moment for those whom falter or are wounded.

• Humility: When one serves among the Preshean Auxiliaries, one does not rise among others merely for their wealth or place in the galaxy. Those such titles are renounced and merit is the divine. Accept honors and medals with silent dignity; do not wear such gaudy prizes, allow them to remain unseen yet remembered in your own mind.

• Incorruptibility: Be a stone upon the shore where the waves break. You take no bribe nor favor from others. Seek not to embezzle nor steal from those you serve with or defend.

• Loyalty: The contract is your word and life. Seek not those that would tempt you away from your sworn duty which you've given an oath to uphold.

• Reliability: We are the Auxiliaries; our word is our contract and our contract is our word. Should we say that an objective is to be taken, we shall endeavor to ensure that our word is such that none shall challenge its worth.

• Restraint: One's actions reflect upon all of the Auxiliaries, save not themselves. To hold upon our emotions, desires and behavior is to ensure that all the Auxiliaries are seen in good standing. The actions of one can damage the image of all. Do not allow one's desires to control, nor emotions to endanger, or behavior to impede.

• The Three Sense: Duty, Justice, and Order.

• Toughness: As hard as you are upon those around you; you must be even harder upon yourself.
