The answer is a luxury yacht that is specifically tailored to the buyer's exact tastes and specifications. This was the vision Prime: Luxury Starships was founded upon, the finest in custom yachts for the right buyers. The company works on a closed-market commission system where ships are only manufactured after payment and or financing approval. They also reserve the right to refuse customers they do not believe hold enough status to receive their brand of starships.
RATIONALE
After the gross mismanagement of company funds, and several questionable business decisions, Prime: Luxury Starships was beginning to go under. Knowing their time was up they began to seek a buyer who would be interested in acquiring what's left of the companies assets. Darth Avernus was a huge fan of his own Prime Yacht, and had recently formed his own company when he heard about Prime's situation. Through his own holding company he offered them a sizeable sum of credits for a 98% share, and insisted that they turn the company around under the direction of his investors. Ultimately, this worked out and has been quite lucrative.
