Originally created as Primo Coruscanti Construction, Primo Victorian Shipwright is an intellectual design company with limited construction capacity. We operate to provide some of the finest military vessels around the galaxy. Major political powers and minor political powers may negotiate an operating license with Primo Victorian to begin initial operations. Below you will find our various design packages and who is eligible for them.

- Fiolette Yvarro - Current CEO of Primo Victorian Shipwright until a new CEO can be appointed.
- Aria DuSang - First Order Relations Manager, as a relations manager to the First Order Aria DuSang is responisble for faciliting all negotiations, agreements and filing any grieveances that the First Order may have. She works closely with our client to ensure that they recieve a quality product. She also collects payments from the First Order for licensing fees, operational costs and any additional expenses that may occur that have otherwise not been negotiated upon.
- Nohemi Emberlin - Workforce Management First Order, Nohemi works to ensure that the workforce supplied by Primo Victorian is up to our clients standards. In this case, Nohemi works closely with Aria and PVS Workforce Resources to ensure that all workers are happy workers and that they provide great service to our clients.
- Gralycia McBose - Point of Service and Sales, formerly the CEO of Primo Victorian Shipwright, Ms. McBose has returned to assist with Primo Victorian Shipwright's growth as an intellectual shipwright company. Meeting with new clients and closing on the sale that will in turn strengthen PVS.

Bulk Licensing Bundles: Major and minor political powers, governments, corporations and other entities may purchase one of the following licenses.
- Operating License: Enables the client to purchase up to three blueprints from Primo Victorian Shipwright and maintain their operations for either one year, three years, or five years. Payments can be made annually, all at once or negotiated. This license only pertains to the blueprints themselves and does not include workforce management, quality control or any other service that PVS may offer. Meaning Primo Victorian Shipwright will not go out of its way to provide or manage any workforce. The client must supply and manage its own workforce for the product. This also means that Primo Victorian Shipwright will not provide quality control services to ensure the product is built correctly and per the specifications as designed by Primo Victorian Shipwright. PVS reserves the right to withdraw the license at any point if the license has been abused, sold to another group or government or has been otherwise neglected.
- Value Plus Operating License: Enables the client to purchase up to five blueprints, and workforce management for up to three of the five products purchased. Meaning, Primo Victorian Shipwright will provide and manage workforce from the nation/corporate group or political power that wishes to purchase it. Should the client have its own workforce, and wish for PVS to manage it, they can do so by adding on the optional workforce management benefit, that comes at an additional cost. The license can be purchased for one year, three years, or seven years. Payments are to be made annually, semi-annually, up front or negotiated at a later date. If the client declines workforce management, then PVS will not provide nor manage any workforce associated with the product. Should the client accept the workforce management, the terms of that agreement may be negotiated upon at a later date. Quality control on the products may also be offered, and will be determined by the contract set upon by both PVS and the client. PVS reserves the right to withdraw the license at any point if the license has been abused, sold to another group or government or has been otherwise neglected.
- Premiere Plus Operating License: Enables the client to purchase up to seven blueprints from Primo Victorian Shipright, and workforce management for up to five of the seven products. Meaning, Primo Victorian Shipwright will provide and manage workforce from the nation/corporate group or political power that wishes to purchase it. Should the client have its own workforce, and wish for PVS to manage it, they can do so by adding on the optional workforce management benefit, that comes at an additional cost. The license can be purchased for one year, five years, or eleven years. Payments are to be made annually, semi-annually, up front or negotiated at a later date. If the client declines workforce management, then PVS will not provide nor manage any workforce associated with the product. Should the client accept the workforce management, the terms of that agreement may be negotiated upon at a later date. In addition quality control will be made available for three of the seven products, additional quality control may be negotiated on at a later date. This will be determined by the contract set upon by both PVS and the client. PVS reserves the right to withdraw the license at any point if the license has been abused, sold to another group or government or has been otherwise neglected.
