Even if we were to use Sump as a prison planet, prisoners still need to be ferried from and to a prison planet. One may be wondering whether we need a prison ship built. It could be anything from cruiser-sized up to the larger end of a Star Destroyer... I would think a Battlecruiser-sized prison ship would be overkill. Too much maintenance for what it is worth.
One would think that a prison ship would need heavier armament than a normal freighter that size, as well as hangar space to counter spaceborne attempts at escaping. We know that one of the larger prison barges in canon (estimated to be ~2000 meters long) can ferry upwards of 100,000 prisoners. But the Ubiqtorate would likely operate the prison ship(s).
My alt (and also possibly Iron Crown Enterprises) may be selling ships that can be usable to this end. Or even create a new class of ships for use as prison ships.
