[Private] A new visitor? A stranger is drawn to the Temple

The sound of a speeder bike could be heard nearby, on it was a man that doesn't look like he should be coming to a Jedi Temple but for some reason, a feeling was....guiding him to it. Almost wanting him to go to the temple. After parking his speeder bike in the hanger he got off and looked around at the people mulling about in the hangar as he started to wander about. But as he was walking about he bumped into a woman and heard a metal 'clank' on the ground. What he didn't know is that he just knocked her lightsaber off and he looked at her "Oh my god i'm so sorry about that."

Invasion of the personal space on accident, Allyson was casually bumped into by a boy who seemed to be lost in the Silver Spacey hanger. The clanking noise wasn’t a lightsaber, Allyson rarely carried one. Kneeling, she grabbed the wrench she had been cleaning when the boy had bumped into her. Apologies were quickly given, and Allyson just smiled and grabbed the wrench. There were a few scuff marks from her initial inspection of the tool. It was old, and it had belonged to her grandfather, so the tool was precious. Still she couldn’t be upset, things happen.

“Oh, don’t worry about it. I should have been paying more attention to where I was walking.” Allyson was known to have her heads in the clouds, maybe it was a genetic trait, she could remember people saying the same thing about her dad. “Um, you looking for something? Someone?” The Corellian crossed her arms and wiggled the wrench under her folded arms. As much as she wanted to be welcoming they did just recently have the Mandalorians knocking on their door. The last thing she wanted was to be welcoming someone who shouldn’t be here.

“What’s you’re name?”

"Oh my name is Dorrian Korr, and I don't know why I was drawn to this place......A feeling like a tick in my head told me to come here for some reason and it wouldn't let up so I did. But I don't know why I was drawn here." I say as I then focus my eyes on the woman in front of me she was rather.....beautiful actually now that I think about it.

Allyson listened to the boy speak about what drew him here and how it wouldn’t stop until he arrived. Nodding, Allyson knew somewhat of what he talked about. In her case it was to a certain person or to some type of machinery. The heavier pulls were when she was navigating hyperspace, though she doubted any of that was like what he was feeling. Tapping her chin, she let her eyes move away from him and towards the ships.

There was a possibility that he was like her and paid attention to the Force through machines, but from what she understood it was something different. Shrugging it off, Allyson smiled brightly.

“Well, you don’t seem like you’re here to bomb the place. Guess I could show you around. Felt a feeling? Hmm, sounds like you’re meant to be here. If I believed in destiny – maybe I’d pin it on that.” Chuckling, Allyson brushed a few strands of chestnut hair from her face as she wandered over and dropped the wrench off into her tool bag. “How about you tell me a bit about yourself Dorrian. Oh, by the way I’m Allyson Locke – you can call me Allyson or Ally.” Shrugging, she looked around. “Wanna check out the hanger, maybe we can find what drew you to this place.”

I listen to the woman named Allyson or Ally as she also liked to be called. But I then decide to mention something "Sure lets wander around Ally, by the way....you know about the force right? Well....do yo uthink that might have something to do with being drawn to the temple? I can see no other alternative that makes sense what with jedi around me. But also for some reason I feel....really comfortable around here, just like how I Feel back with my adoptive family here on Kashyyyk."

He questioned the Force and Allyson paused. She knew about it, but she didn’t know much about it. Slinging her bag over her back and her arms folded against her chest once more. “I know what it is. How it works and such I’m still learning myself. Uh.” Pausing, she wondered if she should bother one of the masters, specifically Jyoti – but then decided against it for now.

“The pull thing? I’ve felt it before. Mostly with machines, growing up I could hear them like they had a soul or something. I learned that its part of the Force – mechu deru is what I was told. Also feel it in hyperspace – helps navigate and such without computers…” Allyson rubbed the back of her head as she continued. “Mostly though I feel it with people I’ve grown attached to, but I understand what you’re feeling – it could be the Force. Especially with how many strong Jedi there are here.”

Shrugging she started to walk through the hanger, “So you want to be a Jedi?”

A Jedi....well that never really crossed my mind ever. I have my occupation as a smuggler and my obligations to the ORC. But I have a feeling that I wouldn't mind seeing what a jedi is all about.

Allyson mused over his comment, he reminded her of herself when Jyoti started to poke her about being a Jedi. It felt weird having this notion that something that is viewed to be so good can be obtained. Nodding, Allyson smiled. “I worked a lot with the Outer Rim, Ember Rekali was my guardian for while – still consider him like a dad to me.”

There were several others she knew, one woman brought a pain to her heart as she remembered her. They both joined the Outer Rim Coalition together, after attempting to leave the Alliance. Of course, Allyson was dragged back into the fight – but being in the Underground was a nice vacation. Remembering one person she smiled, “You know Jorus? He’s Corellian like me, uh he visited me when I was in the hospital a while back when I earned these.” She patted the First Class Bloodstripes on her pants leg.

“So, what do you know about the Jedi?”

[member="Dorrian Korr"]

“The Jedi haven’t been on Kashyyyk for a long time which makes sense. From what I know they recently moved here, and by recently, I mean like 5ish years maybe?” Chuckling Allyson led him down the center of the hanger where several of the X-Wings for Onyx Squad had been parked. They were being worked on and such – Allyson preferred to work on her own.

“Well you’ve found your way into the Silver Spacy Hanger – Onyx Squad is housed here, I’m the XO of the squad. I was curious when you wandered here – thought you were a recruit.” Ally smiled and continued along. “Jedi don’t all use lightsabers, of course most do and the stories about them have them using it. Some use guns and other weapons. The Force is the source of their light, I guess is the best way to put it. I’m not a Jedi Master and I’ve only recently discovered it myself, but it’s a good feeling.”

Remembering when she would only feel machines and then one morning she woke up and was basically a new person. “To feel connected to everyone and everything – it does feel like home. I think what you’re feeling, is the Force telling you that its here.”

If by it you mean is the force telling me that ITS here then yes it's just an odd feeling that I don't know if I'll ever get use to. Kinda like how I was when I was adopted by a wookiee tribe when I was a few years old.

Allyson blinked at the revelation that he was adopted by a Wookie tribe. She had heard stories about it, but never really met anyone that had experienced it. She patted her chin and wondered if [member="Iakchi"] would know more about it also would probably enjoy seeing that someone could speak to him in his native language.

“That’s pretty interesting. I think after a while you grow used to it. It’s like a string that keeps us all connected, that string gets stronger and you eventually just see it as a good feeling over everything.” They continued to walk heading out of the hanger towards the Rest’s Temple area. At least she could bring him towards a nice epicenter of the Jedi let him get a good feel for the place. “So, what was it like to live with Wookies?”

"Like I said it was hard.....trying to move on from watching my parents get murdered infront of me by trandoshan slavers and nearly becoming a slave yourself. IT had some challenges having to learn Shyyriwook was incredibly hard but I can understand it completely and speak a bit of it as well, well enough to carry a decent conversation. But it had it's positives, like living in a jungle was fun running about the platforms with my older brother"

Stopping in the middle of one of the clearings, Allyson sighed softly. Losing parents was never an easy thing, she had lost hers as well, but she was fortunate enough not to have to witness it.

"That's rough, but at least you found some positives. Um, let's see here. Your brother around as well? Does he have this pull as well?"

"Usually Force sensitivity runs in the family from what I've seen." Mentally, the Corellian remembered the Talith clan who she interacted with for some time. Either way, people were always different and no one truly understood how the Force worked and manifested.

"Hmm. Let's try something, a Jedi I know tried with me." Allyson found a few leaves and held her hand open.

"Try and use that feeling to move the leaves from my hand. Without touching them of course."

I close my eyes and hold my hand out, letting out a cold breath of light air not enough to move the leaves though.I meditated frequently to clear my mind before flights to dangerous places. I then feel something coursing through me, almost like a river system it was.....odd foreign actually.
