The truth was, the intelligence community was a pretty sleepy hollow. You just cast a wide net and prayed for something that would be worth your time. Even then, the chances of reeling in anything that was really worth writing up in a report was more the exception than the norm.
So when the boy had been sorting through a handful of transmissions that the analyst droids had tagged for further review, he honestly expected it to be yet another nerf herder trying to peddle deathsticks on the Dark HoloNet like no law enforcement agency was going to see that chit.
