Proper species?

So, I've decided to make another character using Thanos as a avatar. Would any species in star wars canon suit the appearance for this character? The reason I am asking this question because I am extremely, extremely, extremely poor in my species making/planet creations/and whatever factory creation skills. Thanks for reading!

No I only said Gen'Dai cuz im using Ronan the Accuser as a playby and before i almost used Thanos.
